The gyros were full of meat which was really great and you can as many sauces and veggies you want on top, just like at Subway. Tried the fries as well, which were also very good, served with their secret sauce, which is like a spicy honey mustard sauce. Delicious.The only negative might be the lack of parking near where this is.P.S the beef is Halal, but not the chicken.

This was our very first time.From the moment I stepped through the door, the enticing aroma of sizzling meat and savory spices enveloped me, instantly whetting my appetite.We decided on the large beef and chicken Donairs accompanied by their fries with secret sauce.The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a touch of rustic charm. I noticed the prep area was very clean, tidy and well organized. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were incredibly attentive throughout the visit. Their knowledge and passion for donairs shone through as they guided us through the menu, ensuring we made the most satisfying choices.Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the donairs! Subcity Donairs has truly perfected the art of crafting mouthwatering, authentic donairs. The pita bread was soft and fluffy, providing the perfect vessel to hold the generous fillings. The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The combination of flavors, from the spices to the sauces, created a symphony of taste that left me wanting more with each bite.What sets Subcity Donair apart from the rest is their commitment to quality ingredients. After speaking to the owner Dariusz, I was blown away by the level of knowledge and kindness this man possesses. He takes the utmost pride in this restaurant, I find this level of dedication refreshing in a sea of others who don’t seem to care. At Subcity it’s very evident, they’re going the extra mile to ensure the finest quality for their customers.The portions were incredibly generous, ensuring that every visit leaves you feeling fully satisfied.Lastly, I have to mention the prices they are more than reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive. They offer excellent value for money, making it a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal.In conclusion, Subcity is most definitely a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it receives. With its welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and sensational donairs, it will forever be our favorite spot for a delicious, satisfying meal. Love this place. The employees are always nice, but Darius is one of the happiest people I’ve seen and he never fails make me feel good when he remembers my order. The music is also amazing with bangers from Alice cooper, blue oyster club, and dire straits

Have been eating here for over 6 years, never once have I had food from here that wasn't perfect, and they're extremely consistent with the quality they put out. Best donairs in Canada.

I tried veggie pita with falafel, the taste was okay. Restaurant’s food doesn’t gave any authentic Mediterranean food vibes.

To the lovely lady working the lake country subcity donair alone today, thank you this has been wonderful!. My first time here and foods amazing portions are huge. If you havnt stopped here id definitely recommend stopping in!. Hospitality is great foods great its all super great. Next time donair for sure, i got the 3 piece chick strips with Spicy fries only $11.05!, She was kind enough to throw me an extra piece and thats really nice of her i appreciate it tons!.
