This place was the worst place to work at, worked here for like not even two weeks, i was on my training period and laid me off because i wasent working out" when some of the people average at making a coil was 30 to 40 coils a day i was doing 35-to 45 so the production manager turns around and says " yesturday you made 38 i dont think its going to work out" but the day befor i took a picture of my tally card and i did 42

EMCC is very professional and passionate about the products they make. They treat employees with respect and patience especially when beginning employment or learning new processes. Quality double-checks make sure that the products are manufactured to the best of their abilities. I see lots of great things coming from this company.Also, the review from Jordan is inaccurate. The average coils a day for his process is around 80-90 not 30-40.I can honestly say that the general manager that works here is by far one of the nicest people I've met and is extremely passionate about his job and what goes out of EMCC's door.

Run by a rude and ignorant kid who dosnt know gow to deal with people and has no bussiness running a shop.
