I just had John clean the carpets in my house while I was away on vacation. He did a great job of communicating / keeping me in the loop even though I was remote and the carpets looked great when I got back.Of all the services I called he had the soonest availability and offered the most competitive price so I gave him a call and I'm glad I did. He was very responsive and professional. Being away added some complications but he handled them perfectly. I'll definitely be calling him next year!
