I made an appointment through text (which was very easy!) because I have been having some uncomfortable sensations and tinnitus in my ears and saw a decent bit of wax on the outside and figured that I had built up wax and made an appointment accordingly. I came in, and Aswin checked out my ears and saw there was no compacted wax, and ran a test to check out my middle ear and saw there was no problems and everything looked good. He was very professional and kind, their office was very clean, and I appreciate his time and care he put into my appointment although I did not end up getting anything done. I recommend coming here!

What a wonderful experience! I was very nervous going into my appointment because of a previous traumatic ear cleaning experience elsewhere and because I'm autistic (very sensitive to sensory stimulii). I was surprised how very quick and painless my treatment was! They were very gentle, cognisent & supportive of my special needs, and informative of the steps before engaging in them. I highly recommend HearCare Audiology to anyone seeing ear wax cleaning. You'll be very well taken care of!

Very impressed with HearCare Audiology Clinic. I was there for my mother who is a senior and she received a very thorough hearing test. This Clinic is very clean and peaceful and a place that you enjoy being as they have a lovely video with gentle music in the background. They tested her hearing on multiple levels and decided that her hearing is still good enough that doesn't require a hearing aid. No pressure just a positive review and a thorough visual presentation and explanation of her test results. While we're waiting for her Handy Dart bus to arrive, they asked if I would also like a hearing test as we had a while to wait for our bus. I was quite pleased to be offered this free consultation. When he looked in my ears, he noticed a large lump of wax stuck in my ear which he removed free of charge and with no discomfort. Afterwards he tested my hearing in a booth like my mom had done. It was very satisfying to learn about my hearing. I would highly highly recommend coming here and you will not believe the great service and professionalism that you receive. It's free and it's nice to get your hearing checked out every so many years. And you won't have a nicer presentation and service then what we received at HearCare Audiology. Top notch!!!!!!

Yesterday, I booked online and got an appointment later that day. I couldn’t hear out of one ear and Mikhila was very sweet and explained everything she was doing/using. It was super quick and painless, and I can hear so much better now! Highly recommended.

I took my elderly mother to HearCare Audiology to have her earwax flushed out. Mikhila was very attentive and gentle with my mother. She used suction to get the earwax out because the water method that was previously used by my mom’s doctor was painful. The suction method worked so well and was very quick. Mikhila was very reassuring to my mother and the whole process was very quick and efficient. I will definitely be bringing her back when she needs this treatment again.

Aswin & Mikhila from HearCare Audiology recently helped our 99 year old mom obtain new hearing aids when other companies had told us nothing further could be done for our mom. Aswin & Mikhila were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job assessing our mom's needs, identifying problems with her old set of hearing aids, and working with us to get a new pair, which are so much better than the old pair. They went out of their way to attend to our mom where she now resides at a Longterm Care facility. I would highly recommend them for any hearing needs.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and care I received at Hear Care. I was so thankful at how quickly I was able to get an appointment and relief from my plugged ear. The cost was very reasonable. It was so nice to not have to wait for a doctors appointment or waste a day at a walk in clinic . Great experience, highly recommend.

Very happy about my visit with Dr Mikaela, My ear was causing pain in my head as well. She did 2 sessions with me and did all the efforts without hurting me at all. I feel very light today. Will go back and will recommend to everyone I know.
