The staff just seems so angry! I ordered off the app and when I got there the person on the intercom sounded happy until I said I was here for a pick up order. Then she became what sounded like angry and then she was snappy and kinda rude. I also sat at the 3rd window for 10 mins. When I finally Recieved my food. They forgot my fries and one of the drinks. And when I was looking through my bag before I left she made a comment along the lines of it's all there." fery snappy and rude from then on."

Was there this evening and used 4000 points on fries that I didn't receive. They also don't answer the phone. Don't move in drive through until you check your bags, I have often had missing items.

I usually write positive reviews about places but this was a bad experience. I ordered a Spicy Habanaro McChicken and this is what I got. Is this really what McDonald's promises? You order looking at the picture that they show on the menu and this is what you pay for.. this is wrong on so many levels.The burger was dry, flavorless and tasteless. When I requested for extra Habanaro while the order was still in process, the guy handed me two sachets of mayonnaise and ignored my existence. (Same person who took my order).Customer service was very poor, as the guy who took my order was least interested and was busy communicating on whatever device he had stuck to his ear. The place was not even busy, there were just 2 more customers already done with their meal and drive through was empty as well.This is not what I had in mind when I entered McDonald's. They should serve each customer with repect and deliver the product they actually show.

This McDonald's gets my more complex orders correct every time. My partner and I love to self order and use the dine in feature, and our only complaint is that the tables are often quite dirty/sticky.

I'd five zero if it was possible. They have messed up my burger everytime I've gotten one there. All I ask for is the burger without cheese and mustard. Not complicated and everytime it comes with both...

It's a McDonald's, try one, tried them all. The prices are always the best especially if you use the app for coupons. I remember staff here were trying to be stingy with giving me some sauce because I didn't put it through the machine. I think they're like 60 cents, I have a belief that sauce should just be included but what do I know. Anyways I guess the employee was going for employee of the month because they were going to make sure that McDonald's got their 1$. Anyhow aside from that it seems alright.

Ba da da da da, I'm still lovin it! McDonalds is, by far, the most consistent fast food. Get a McDouble with a steamed bun = game changer. You're welcome LOL.

What a joke of a place. Online coupons won't scan. 20+ min in drive thru. Got charged FULL PRICE AND wasted gas idling when they could not make a simple meal, gave QR code, gave my phone to person working numerous times. Nobody to help him. WASTE OF TIME AND $$
