Staff in the office is friendly and efficient. Tara Jones treated me and has a fantastic bed side manner, understanding, competent and timely in her service. I've been told my dentures look very natural, so I greatly appreciate all the wonderful care.

All the staff were excellent in customer service! I am doing very well and I love my partial plates. After years of spending thousands of dollars on root canals that failed and had to be extracted I now have a more affordable and successful option. Over the years, all the dentists told me that partial plates never worked that no one is happy with them. Not true! I wish I had chosen this option many years ago. Thank you to Record Ridge for improving my life

Very friendly and professional people. Good initial experience. But the dentures didn't last very long before they began to break like glass in my mouth. My first set of dentures were almost 15 years old before I went here, but they were still useable and didn't break, and I didn't have any problems with my original dentures; they were just not fitting properly.I went to Record Ridge to have new dentures made on my Teck's Sun Life coverage. The new dentures lasted a little over two years before the roof of the dentures shattered at two different times while eating a sandwich at work (the roof of the dentures were almost gone). Another two years went by before the teeth and gums started breaking away from the main part of the dentures. I wasn't aware that the coverage for dentures were only every five years, so my Teck Sun Life coverage didn't cover their part of the expense when I went back.I'm happy with the great friendly people, but not happy with the dentures. I was told at the clinic that dentures should be good for five to seven years, but normally they just don't fit as well as your gums evolve. Those ones lasted four years, but began breaking apart after two and a half years. I recently asked the receptionist if there was some sort of warrantee, but she didn't seem to know. If I would have known that I wasn't covered due to premature failure, I would have gone somewhere else for new dentures.Knowing that I was on a Sun Life plan, I should have taken a look at the time line for my coverage, so I take responsibility for not making myself aware, but Record Ridge didn't advise me either, knowing that I was on that coverage. I didn't find I wasn't covered until after the fact. So I'm not covered for my new dentures, and I'm stuck with the whole bill.Bottom line: My dentures did not last through normal wear until poor abnormal fitting would become apparent . They actually began to break while eating a sandwich after two years of use, and finally broke beyond use after four years while eating supper. Definitely not happy with their product. The new dentures definitely fit better than their last dentures, but time will tell if they are as durable as they should be. I only went back, thinking that I was covered by my insurance, and because they are close to where I live. This has been a very costly experience due to their dentures not being durable, and their durability has affected my insurance coverage. Don't go to this clinic if you aren't covered by your insurance for two year intervals on your dentures.
