for the last two months, we rented different car from this location. the iwners are very nice and friendly, you love stay and chat with them. not only they present a high level of customer service, also provide tou with a professional advise regarding the car and rental option.Ariana himself walk me through the car inspection and unlike any other car rental, he confirmed all previouse dings and dents on the car.car was clean and like a brand new, the gas tank was full.over the phone, they easily extended the rental with no hassel.and finally the return was so easy, and as they promised their price was lower than any other rental car.For sure this location will be our firat stop in future to rent a car.Thanks Ariana and the team.

They always have great rates and clean, well-maintained new cars, Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Hyundai, Mercedes.Whether you want to rent for a few days, or a week or longer, you cannot do better than Lo-Cost.

FANTASTIC service, the owners, are a very kind, nice couple who helped me from the start. Going on a family trip 14 of us with 3 cars, I wanted to rent a Taho thinking it will be more comfortable for my 90 & 80 year old father & mother in law, having heard that they recommend the Kia Sedona with reclining seats which was AWESOME! & my in laws loved it, not to mention for me it was much easier to drive & park than the Taho. Also when I had problem connecting my iPhone to car play of the Kia, they send a video that helped me connect my phone. All I had to do was switch from Android to iphone in the setting, since the last person who rented had an Android.But the best & biggest help was when we had a flat tier and I couldn't figure out where the spare tire was lol. Again one phone call and the great owners/couple sent me a video clip that showed where the spare tire was (underneath the vehicle lol, never had a car like that) and also where to find all I needed to change the tire in the back body panel of the Van.I will ONLY & always rent from them & will highly recommend them. THANK YOU FOR helping us in the middle of nowhere.You two went over and above the call of duty in providing us with best care & it was comforting to know I could count & call you guys for helping us during our trip.Writing this is not just to leave a good review, but to publicly thank you two for being so AWESOME!

Very rude staff. I returned the car early but they charged me the extra days anyway. Also they complained about “ the car the dirty and dusty” ! And by that I mean the normal dust that sits outside the car as a result of usage!! And she said “ be happy we are not charging you for cleaning and detailing !!” ( i.e normal car wash which is standard after every car return on all car rentals ) I never had such experience with any rental car. Plus don’t be fooled by the name it was not cheap at all . Avoid at any cost.

For some reason did not accept my full driving licence because it was in paper form. The owner could not give me a single reason to why they wont rent me a car. Sad

We rented a vehicle for the second time from this rental location. And apart from a small communication setback, we couldn't have been happier.The car was immaculate (RAV4). And the lady (same as before) was extremely helpful and polite. And made the entire process very efficient and personable.We won't hesitate to return or to recommend them to anyone wishing to make a rental from them.Many thanks.

Helpful, profession, and accommodating. Rates are reasonable, and cars are new and kept in good condition. Reading reviews of car rental places across Vancouver, I came across this one after noticing the reviews were overall positive, especially compared to most other places across the city. I'm glad I went with this one, because the price and quality of service were excellent. Highly recommend!

Went there as a tourist. I wasn’t welcomed. The owner is very rude, not empathic at all. Not helpful, not seeking to do business. He is racist and was not able to help us. We received such an unfair treatment. Wouldn’t go back there and wouldn’t recommend this place to any tourists visiting Vancouver.But if you know him personally, if you’re a white person, if you’re persian you’re very welcomed by these people at the counter. He will even give you discounts and good prices as long as you know him.
