unfortunately, nobody greet you with a greeting anymore at the marlburough lab, they park the people in that little waiting room like cattle, even with an appointment your wait time is huge plan for an hour bring a book. there is the improper air circulation smells terrible in there with all the over dressed sweaty people.if it isnt very sanitary in the wait room..then what is going on behind the scenes with test results etc. cross contamination, mixed up results.
