Alamo Rent A Car

My CEO flew in and picked up his rental as he does at least twice a month. After bad experiences with other rentals he stopped looking for the best deal and stayed true to Alamo.. found the price to be okay and always has nice things to say about the staff. Tonight he got someone different. The women working the counter was verbally abusive, yelled, randomly started talking about his children who weren’t mentioned or present, name calling and gaslight a whole stranger. I won’t get started on her inability to follow the procedure on the Alamo website with zero explanation and as proven by her manager that she was incorrect. She also spoke down about the rest of the staff that works there and how they are incompetent. I appreciate the supervisor for doing what he did but this isn’t enough. Someone who watched the whole thing came up to him and said she’s notorious for this. If I was in his shoes I would’ve had a full anxiety attack. This was an exhausting, and honestly a story for the booksWe have much more to say on this to say where and we’d like to discuss a further complaint so that I can figure out alternate rental options for our staff it this is the staff going to be working at that location The manager was helpful when he came out as she went off him too. I am actually scared to encounter this person. I really hope someone takes this seriously.

I have been renting from Alamo since quite a while now. Best Location and Great Customer Service. Convenient since its 24/7 open for Pickup/DropOff. I would like to mention NAHIR" for his great customer service. He helped me find my car and answered my questions in a calm and polite manner. They have variety of cars available."

Very happy to have booked Alamo (through Expedia). The car we'd requested in Ottawa wasn't available but we got an awesome substitute...I hated to give it back! Toronto staff including manager went above and beyond to help us when my wife misplaced her purse. Will definitely deal with again. One thing: When we picked up the vehicle in Ottawa, we did need to point out some minor damage to a panel that they hadn't noticed – be sure to do a walk-around!

Wet good experience. We made a booking through Expedia and got a car that we wanted….mini SUV.Agent at counter was efficient and explained everything clearly.Car( Chev Trailblazer) was in a like new condition with very clean and odour free interiors.Process of returning the vehicle was also very simple and quick.Will surely lookout for Alamo when we need to hire one again :)

We reserved by internet by the Alamo website (process was quite easy), once there, upon arrival, I really enjoy the service and the vehicle we had for the 3 days. The car was very clean and low cost on gaz.

Smooth sailing from Pick up to Drop off.Issues were resolved on the spot. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend Alamo's services.

very fast, transparent conditions, full auto insurance with zero deductible for $7.99 per day. the car was given washed, but covered in splashes. windshield is dirty. the smell in the car is not very fresh, but tolerable. during operation there is some sound in the chassis. I'm going to change the car for another, because I'm afraid that the wheel will fall off. the staff is very friendly. pay through the terminal with a card, which is safer than when you make a copy of a credit card and then there is a risk of fraud

The staff is wonderful. But there are questions to the car. The car Ford ecosport, while driving there was a beating of the steering wheel, it was very strongly felt when braking. Because of this, I was always afraid to ride and got stressed worrying about the whole family. I was afraid that the wheel might fall offRental Agreement # 179585900

Alamo was fair price, as compared to others, was fast to get me going on my way (except Exit gate nonsense Pearson insists on?). Car was clean, air co worked great. Return was fast and simple (exception was Pearson signage sucks (not Alamos fault)...all of YYZ signage sucks...only exception is hey signs are decent.
