There are many things that make her stand out from other real agents: very knowledgeable about the house market in the area, great negotiation skills, most importantly she plans all the steps not only with sale/buy process but organizing the overall move/change transition to her clients recommending good contractors to finish necessary work in the house , overall very punctual in meetings and to complete required paperwork using the latest technology .
