We needed our skylights to be replaced and reached out to Freddy. He was very responsive, communicative, and very helpful. Due to the weather, timing of the start of the project was a bit delayed as this project is weather permitting. But once the project started, Freddy and his crew member came at the appointed time and day and replaced both skylights and all the outside finishing touches. They were very friendly, professional efficient, and cleaned up everything after they were done. Freddy came back to install the trims and he helped us with finding a contractor (Eric) to paint the skylight box for us as well. His prices are competitive and he did a wonderful job. We're very happy with the end product including the paintwork done by Eric. I would highly recommend Freddy for skylight replacements.

The staff of Alvarez roofing were amazing. They gave so many different options to choose from for our roof. Their installers were so kind and courteous and made sure that they cleaned up when they had finished up. Freddie was amazing to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Freddy and Christin did an excellent job advising us on the roofing materials for us and then installing the product. The prices were also very competitive. In spite of the poor weather and holidays they got it done quickly and cleaned up all of the leftover materials. Freddy and his team at Alvarez did a roof replacement at my house recently after I found out there was damaged plywood below the old roof causing the roof to leak. Freddy was very prompt dealing with the situation and coming out to review to find the problem right away since there was an active leak. Freddy and his staff were very professional and did a great job on the roof replacement. Freddy is very responsive and kept me in the loop during the whole process to make sure I was aware of all the options and best quality products and understood what needed to be done. They got the work done in a very timely manner. The cleanup was also very well done as well and there was no debris left behind. I would highly recommend and will be using Alvarez in the future for any roof replacements or similar work!

Alvarez roofing was one of 3 quotes I got for my roof. Of the 3 company’s to show up and do the inspection they came dressed professionally and explained in great detail the different kind of shingles and the advantages of a better warranty, as well as how they stand behind their product they install and the job they do.The Alvarez crew was prompt to work everyday it was acceptable weather and were quite friendly while on site. Daily clean up of the yard for waste and nails were mandatory from them.Once the job was complete they inspected with a drone to ensure quality and clean up was done correctly.Pictures was sent to me to verify.Job well done…..Highly recommend
