Casa Bianca Cafe & Deli

We just arrived in the little beach town and this place came highly recommended. We knew reservations were needed a month in advance and were 100% OK with take out due to last minute trip. When we arrived the lady was very rude and the restaurant was empty and said we missed the take out time by 10 minutes. We did not know, she basically told us to leave asap. When we walked by again 45 min late the restaurant was still empty. She could not wait to get us out because they were fully booked. To bad I was looking forward to the take out... And would of prob book and eat in experience because we live just an hour away. To bad lost business.

Some of the best food in the Interlake. Would highly recommend. The Thursday Seafood 6 course meal is a wonderful experience.

Another great experience at Casa Bianca. My family enjoyed the Bruschetta (different from last time but still the best you will find anywhere) as a starter followed by the Ceasar salad (best ceasar you will find outside of Italy). The effort & precision the team puts into the timing of the courses is very noticeable & truly helps with the experience. As we sat right beside the open kitchen we were able to see Chef, his cooks, expo & servers coordinating like absolute pros (fun!). Cindy (our server) was stellar; knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. Again, Chef Alex, the team, the food & atmosphere were all on point and I have & will continue to recommended this restaurant to everyone.

Took my dad for a nice drive and my once or twice or 3 time a year need for this place. Pickerel was less then 2 hours delivered and the fillet was so large I’m certain it was a 10 lb fish. Never ever disappointed by the quality of service or food or anything at this establishment. Sold out all the time so get in the list for next year.

The food we had was done very well.The atmosphere is quaint.Service was very friendly, not the most professional being often times quite casual. You are at a beach restaurant, so I figured it was acceptable for this place.The bruschetta with pesto and goat cheese was fantastic.My friends all loved the curry pasta dish.I was told the chef utilizes Lebanese spices with Italian food. That was interesting.My friend ordered the chicken which I thought was ok. The pasta that they served with it I skipped because the actual pasta dishes we ordered shined much brighter.A highlight was the soft bread with garlic butter that they constantly refilled.I debated between a 4 and a 5 star, but ultimately, gave it a 5.What made me consider a 4 was because of the price point. When a restaurant is of a certain price, I have a higher standard.However, I spoke to some other people who pointed out to me that it just costs more because they have to bring in a lot of food from Winnipeg, so the costs are just much higher.We ate over $300 for 5 people, but it included alcohol for 3 of the party.So final words? I'm not sure what there is to eat at Winnipeg Beach as I haven't really tried the restaurants in that area... but I will say this restaurant is a very solid one to go to.

We waited about a month for our reservation which I felt was reasonable considering the high regard for the restaurant.I have been recommending Casa Bianca to anyone that will listen since our dinner on Sunday (September 7th)Our service was fast and friendly, the food was not only beautifully presented but some of the best tasting food I personally have ever experienced.I felt the prices were fair based off quality and portion.Our service was phenomenal and we rebooked before leaving.

The first four courses were great, great flavour and well seasoned dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of seafood, not just shrimp this and shrimp that. It’s unfortunate that a drink is considered a course, call it a four coarse meal and be done. A mojito isn’t really a dessert, if you feel the need to upsell me a dessert then just up the cost if necessary and provide an actual dessert. It put a stink on the end of a good experience .

The food at Casa Bianca is absolutely amazing! We visit this restaurant at least once each year. It is one of the top restaurants you will ever come across.This year, we had a long list of allergies to be accommodated, and Chef Alex prepared us an outstanding meal that totally accommodated us. We couldn’t be more appreciative of this! The food was outstanding!Would recommend this restaurant to everyone - you must eat here!

Another exceptional dining experience at Casa Bianca. Book a reservation well in advance. The atmosphere, the service and of course the food is absolutely incredible and beyond exceptional. Chef Alex is a top chef that knows how to create food and a dining experience like no other. Thank you and your team for making great moments.
