Coaching Deconstructed

Ian is an ideal coach. He is pleasant, grounded and exceedingly kind. He brings an upbeat a solution-oriented energy to any situation.His perspective is deeply valuable. He is able to hold a safe space for self-exploration that is fun and reliable. He is great at identify the core issue and is incredibly empathetic.He cares about his clients as a whole integrated person.He’s also really great at providing clear structure for goals and expectations for the coaching relationship.

Ian White created and facilitated our Waking up Group. Over the weeks, we not only got to know each other in depth, but we got to know ourselves even better through the mirrors that we gazed into. Ian gently guided and encouraged us not only with planned lessons and meditations, but also in sharing his own personal experiences and vulnerabilities, making it a safe place to share ours. Ian did not provide answers, however through his gentle questions, we were able to come to the conclusions that made sense to us and our lives.I personally had more than one aha moment in listening to others share their stories. I learned that my ego was getting in the way of my relationships and I came to forgive other people than myself. I am a better person. :)This is a no holds barred place to share in which we made lifelong friends.The crowning glory of these sessions was that no matter how serious, emotional or how deep we had to dig, we always ended our time with new knowledge, laughter and love.Thanks Ian

I have been a part of Ian's weekly coaching group and have received some really valuable tools to help me break out of old conditioning and help me to move forward with a whole new skill set.
