I had the pleasure of meeting Matt many years ago when we were teenagers. A fun, charismatic and genuine man even as a kid, Matt rolled that right into his real estate career and became one of the most professional and reliable realtor you could ask for. So when it came time to find a home in 2012 it was a no brainer on who I was going to pick as my representative in the search for my young family’s first home. Matt went over the top and found us the absolute perfect home for us in a very short time period. Quick and professional are only a small parts of Matt’s ability in the sector. 10 years later , I called upon Matt again to now sell that home for my family to start our new adventure. What I found out immediately is that Matt had taken his already amazing ability and turned it into what I feel is the best real estate team you could ask for. Along with his wonderful wife Kim and team members Tara and Tina they have built what I feel is a second to none team. Their recent addition of Frank Devine is just another reason that this team is a monster in the real estate world. As long as they are in the business I will never chose another team. Highly recommend for anything real estate even if you are just looking for info on the market or trying to jump in for the first time. I have used Matt and his team to purchase 2 homes. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable and make the whole process run as smoothly as possible. Our last purchase was a rush purchase and Matt and his team showed us as many houses and helped us secure a home in the timeline we needed. On our move in day the master bedroom door was locked with no key in our new home and before we even arrived Matt's team had secured a Lock Smith to come open the door and re-key it for us. They are very professional and personable and a joy to work with.

Had an amazing experience using Matt Teels team. My first home purchase which can be overwhelming let alone doing it from overseas but Matt and his team were amazing with keeping up with the communication/updates with us even with our time differences (uk/canada). Then once here the communication and helpfulness from the team was still amazing. Would highly recommend and look forward to doing future business with the team :)

We used Matt and his team to sell our house in Medicine Hat and to purchase our new house in Dunmore.Matt was very knowledgeable and asked us how fast we wanted to sell our house, made recommendations on things we could improve or change then provided a perfect price. We got 25-30 showings on the first weekend after listing and multiple offers.Tara Brosz was amazing during the weekend of showings. She stayed on top of them all and everything just flowed well.We sold our house in less than 2 days using the Teel Estate Team.Not only were we impressed with selling a house with Matt, we were equally impressed with purchasing a house through him as well. Where to start… overall best experience I’ve had with a realtor. Matt guided us through every step of the process which was so appreciated since we were purchasing from out of province. He was accessible, timely in his responses and very professional. He provided numerous insights when asked upon and made us feel comfortable with our big purchase- which we went through with in the end. Never felt pressure from him at any point. This was also a tricky purchase with a few moving parts (including an established leased) but he managed it all extremely well and everything was done to a T. Highly recommend him and his team any day!
