Unprofessional customer service! Made an email request saying that I wanted to come in for a hair cut, specifically after a certain time because I work (this was stated on the email request) and when I got a call from the salon the person I was talking to tried giving me appointments before the time I was asking for and got frustrated because I wasn’t available. Even though I said this on my email request. After asking for other days, he got frustrated and responded with an attitude. Once I said it’s okay I can look somewhere else he hung up on my face! And didn’t even say bye. Terrible customer service and unaware of what is written on email requests.

The salon provides a welcoming atmosphere, and Ayisha's expertise shines through in every haircut and color transformation. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor make each visit enjoyable. My experience at Salon Verve has been amazing I have nothing but great things to say! Their level of professionalism, and friendless the minute I walk through the door for my appointment always makes me feel so comfortable. My stylist Ayisha does an amazing job, from blow dry, to style, to colour she does it all so effortlessly. During my appointments the staff always makes me feel at home, by taking my coat the minute I walk in and bringing me to the chair. I never leave the salon disappointed, and will always highly recommend it!

It was very bad experience. They didn’t know how to do style for boys teenagers. I Do not recommend.

I stumbled upon Salon Verve while looking for a place to cut my hair for donation. I was incredibly happy with my experience. Diego was incredibly kind and warm, as were all the other staff I interacted with. I was super happy with my haircut, but more than, I enjoyed the whole overall experience. I have been going to Salon Verve for years now. Iv had the wonderful experience of having Ayisha as my hair dresser. I have had my hair blown out and styled by others and I’m always impressed. The atmosphere of everyone around is always chipper, happy and up beat. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. The prices are amazing for the service you get. Iv never left disappointed… I’m so glad I found this place!
