Mulberry PARC

The Mulberry is an exceptional place for seniors considering independent living options. The location is superb as everything is in walking distance, bank, medical/dental/pharmacy as well as grocery and liquor stores, fast food outlets, etc.The staff is very accommodating and really get to know the residents on an individual basis. From the wonderful, nutritious meals, the lovely rooms and facilities to the great entertainment, the Mulberry is second to none. I highly recommend it. Carla B.

My mom recently moved to Mulberry Parc and has settled in very nicely, thanks to their friendly experienced skilled staff and to the many happy residents. Great food everyday! Many activities designed to keep the seniors healthy - exercising, gardening, social activities. We are so happy to have found Mulberry for our mom. It is also in an area familiar to our mom and very convenient for shopping.

My almost 90 year old mother and I moved into Mulberry a little over two years ago. We flew from the other side of the country (Newfoundland) to a lovely soft landing @MP.The staff is great, the food is good and mom continues to enjoy her weekly bridge games. What else can I say? A wonderful retirement community to live in. Staff are amazing group of people who truly care about the health and well being of their residents. I am a personal care giver to a few residents living here at the Mulberry Parc in Burnaby, BC and have witnessed the care here and heard from the many happy residents. Lots of activities to engage residents. If you’re looking for a great independent living environment, give Terrie at the Mulberry a call.

My grandmother lived at Mulberry for 5 years. She enjoyed participating in their active living programs and loved to bring friends and family over for lunch often. Thank you to all the residents and staff at Mulberry for a wonderful 5 years.

The staff are all so incredibly nice and professional. We moved our Dad in 2 weeks ago and from the moment we walked in they knew who he was and the move (especially during this time) was quick and efficient. After a few days our Dad said that whenever he came down for his meals they all would say hi and knew his name - we are so thankful to all the Staff at Mulberry they truly do care and do look after their residents. 3 cheers to them!

I was invited by my parents who live at the Mulberry to come to my birthday dinner at the guest dining room for my birthday. This room was a selling feature for our family when mom and dad moved to the parc a year ago. We were all seated and then a waiter came in and told us we would have to leave and sit out in the general dining area . He said we could not stay in this room and we would have to leave and go to general dining area.. He came back 2 more times to tell us we would have to move out but my mom insisted that she had booked the dining room. We had a PADS dog with us so the general dining area was not a great option . Eventually, we were served, reluctantly. My mom met our waiter again later and he accused her or our family of stealing one of the dinner plates from the dining room. . Yes. Unbelievable? I called the manager of the Mulberry earnlier today to ask about this but no response yet.

Outstanding staff, food, services, social gatherings and location. My father moved in 2014 and I have been volunteering there since. They are consistent in their delivery of care to their residents. I highly recommend this retirement living facility.

My mum moved to Mulberry PARC just over a year ago and we've been so impressed by the building, meals, and staff there. The rooms are very efficiently laid out, the meals are excellent, and the staff are really friendly there!It seems there are activities there for every interest too. I've taken part in a few of the special events/meals like the Robbie Burns dinner and Mother's Day brunch. My mum is Scottish and has always celebrated Robbie Burns Day so it meant a lot to her to have an authentic celebration at MP, complete with haggis and bag pipes. My whole family had a wonderful time recently at the Mother's Day brunch at MP, which was a buffet with roast beef carving station, omelette station, and amazing spread of seafood, egg dishes, salads, etc., all while a harpist performed.

My 92 year old and quite deaf mum moved to Mulberry Parc a few months ago. The staff is very kind and attentive. There are a lot of activities for the residents and everyone is very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Mulberry Parc for your loved ones.
