My $1700 Epson Surecolor P900 needs a $1500 repair after only a year and a half of light usage. The customer relations people have only one thing to say: your warranty has expired, we will not cover any repairs. Fortunately the Quebec Consumer Protection Act has a clause covering reasonable durability of a product. Epson I will see you in small claims court. Anyone reading this: Please know that this product cannot withstand even light use, even when handled with kid gloves. Also note that the people at Epson are arrogant and seem to have no interest in standing behind their products.

Very bad experience with the printer cartridges, especially black 220. Like other customers have already commented this is a total scam .The last black cartridge I bought was only good to print a total of 19 pages from full to empty. It actually costs more than 1$ to print a single page !!! Totally unexaptable !!!Need to wait up to 45 days to get an answer concerning this issue.

I really don’t know where to begin, I think the rating speaks for itself. Zero support, zero effort, zero initiative. Hard to reach, no response.The printers aren’t cheap either, definitely going with another brand next time.

THE TECH SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Bought a new printer and there was an issue with the alignment. Spent 6 hours on the phone with them to try and get it replaced. They had me call back 5 times and ended up having to talk to 11 different people, plus 2 supervisors. To troubleshoot all they do is read a script, they don't even seem to understand what they are doing. Then they make you jump through hoops to replace it. Once they say they are going to replace it, they want to send me a used one. I had to spend another hour on the phone to get a manager to authorize a new one. If I could find another high yield printer to switch to I would.

As everyone else states, useless customer service/tech support. My ET-2760 hasn't worked properly since I bought it (squiggly lines/greenish ink where it should be grey or black). I have contacted them many times, and they just have me perform maintenance, which doesn't fix the problem. Told me to email them with printouts (in response to their email), which do not get responded to, even with follow ups on my part... 10 months since I purchased the printer, and they're telling me there is no warranty against the obvious defects, even though it says 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects... I get the impression their service" is designed to frustrate customers to the point that we just give up... I will never purchase an Epson Product again. Not worth the headache if I ever have to contact them directly"

Have a one year old Epson ET-2750 that is throwing an error not listed in the Epson site, 034004, so used their Contact Us feature on their website to explain the issue, provided an email for a response and nothing. It has been 3 weeks. This is the 3rd Epson I have purchased and it will be my last, all 3 have stopped working within two years - and that is with use rate of about 15 scans a year and possibly 50 pages printed, yes, ANNUALLY. With every purchase of anything, it is clear that quality is no longer something to strive for, repeat sales are. What a disposable world we live in.

I purchased a printer last spring and it stopped working within a couple weeks. It has been exchanged multiple times and every time they replace it with another defective refurbished printer rather than a new one so they never work and have to be exchanged as well. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor because I can't keep mailing the printer back every couple weeks and then wait for anothe defective printer to be sent as a replacement. Whenever I ask for a supervisor or for head office they only put you through to the technical support department. They claim there is no head office which is rediculous. I have also tried to contact them on Facebook and have received absolutely no help there either. The ink cartridges are also defective because they say they're full and then after you print 20-pages its all of a sudden empty! It costs an absolute fortune just to keep up with the ink cartridge replacement. Don't buy anything from this company if you want it to last or want to get any type of customer service when you have an issue.

Bought a printer from Staples. And I stopped printing red. They wouldn't do anything to help but send us to a service repair place at are cost the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I recommend do not by any Epson products they do not stand behind there products. I will never buy another Epson product

Horrible customer service experience with my ET-2720, barely over 2 years since I purchased it; ink is not loading, not printing. After self-trouble shooting for hours/days, contacted tech support; doesn't seem to know what they are doing, told me it is a hardware issue; now that the warranty" is up
