Physioactif Chomedey - physiothérapie Laval

Not to take anything from the place itself, but my belief is a good seed will only flourish in a good soil. Never one without the other.I will start with Physioactif. Physioactif was one of few suggestions I got after my stay at the hospital. The first call with them was enough to make the decision that I want to go to them.The professionalism, the diligence in getting all medical information, making me prepare all papers way ahead of time so they can look at my medical file before assigning me to the right therapist.Moving on to the therapist.I had many experiences in my life with physio therapists, some are good and others are OK.Recently I need some physio therapy and I had the chance to be treated by Alexis Gougeon. Me being a scientific person, I understand in facts and numbers.What I loved about Alexis, his knowledge and his mastering of his craft. He is able to quickly undermine the reasons behind my pain and most importantly he excelled in explaining it to me with detailed information both verbal and visual.That was more than enough for me to build the trust with him and so I don't forget, he did help me fix my problems (neck, hands, shoulders, back, ...).I highly recommend Alexis Gougeon and therefore Physioactif Laval.

Before beginning my physio I barely could move my shoulder after several months I can now play golf, swim and without pain. As an update after 2 summer months of activities I can continue to enjoy without pain.Thank you Alexis from physioactif.

My experience at Physioactif Laval is a very positive one. Everyone at this clinic is professional; from the receptionists, Silvia and Patrice who are welcoming, efficient and accommodating, to my physiotherapist, Claudine Farah who is approachable, dynamic, competent, and truly dedicated to helping her patients to recovery. I sincerely appreciate her precision in evaluating and implementing the appropriate treatment which led to my returning to work without any limitations. Claudine and her staff were incredibly, good service, call back right away! Called to make an appointment for my back and they called me right away to give me an appointment. I recommend her if you having any pain!

Charles was great. Gave lots of advice and support. Was available by email as well and quickly replied to any questions sent. Tore my ACL and had surgery to repair. Was able to start playing sports only 7 months after surgery and that was because of all the physio and exercises I did before and after surgery. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Alexis at the clinic in Laval and I highly recommend his services. My lower back pain (which I had for several months) is almost gone, I still follow Alexis plan and my back is getting much, much better, regaining mobility and control.I have recently made an appointment for my teenage son who had a soccer injury and he's also improving really well.From the moment I entered the clinic I felt welcomed and confortable.
