A keto-friendly restaurant with fresh and delicious Vietnamese dishes. I love the option to switch the rice to veggie, so I don't lose that precious gym-gains.

Fair food with fair price.Service is not as expected.Location wise is very convenient. I don’t sure if I will visit them again, because the food they serve is huge amount of carb with very little vegetable and very little portion of meat.

Awesome place for lunch with great service! The banh mi was delicious and only $8.99, you can't go wrong. We also got the yam tempura salad rolls which were delicious! So was the Vietnamese coffee. Great value for the money.

I recently revisited Ginger on Church after a decade, prompted by the pride parade, and I am delighted to say that this place remains an absolute gem. Since my high school days, the taste of their Banh Mi has remained unchanged and still manages to captivate my taste buds with its incredible flavors. The friendly staff and their impeccable service have also stood the test of time. Despite the bustling crowd, they were attentive, welcoming, and ensured that my order was promptly prepared. The efficiency and quickness with which they served customers without compromising on quality were truly impressive.Ginger on Church provides an authentic taste of Vietnam that is both nostalgic and satisfying. The Banh Mi, with its perfectly balanced combination of fresh ingredients and delectable fillings, is a culinary masterpiece that transports you to the vibrant streets of Vietnam with every bite. Now, I must address the matter of price increase. It's true that prices have gone up, but let's take a moment to consider the bigger picture. In a world where inflation and rising costs are affecting businesses everywhere, it's only natural for Ginger on Church to make adjustments to keep up with rent and other expenses. So, to those who complain about the price increase, I urge you to look around and acknowledge the reality that businesses must adapt in order to survive.Despite the price adjustment, Ginger on Church continues to deliver exceptional value for the quality of food and service they provide. Their commitment to maintaining the same outstanding flavors and friendly atmosphere over the years is commendable. It's a testament to their dedication and resilience in the face of economic challenges. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend Ginger on Church to anyone seeking an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience. Embrace the exquisite flavors, savor the warm hospitality, and understand that supporting local businesses in these changing times is crucial. Ginger on Church remains a shining example of how a business can thrive while staying true to its roots.

I would give it -5 stars if I could. The restaurant itself is full of flies that constantly hover over you.Banh mi sandwiches weren’t horrible but not great either. Too much sauce leaving them soggy, not enough cilantro or veggies. The worst item the pad Thai, do not get this !!It was like a spaghetti noodle drenched in what tasted like plum sauce. When I told the cashier it was bad she could care less. Didn’t say sorry, took the plate and walked away. The only decent part of it was the chicken which is the only part eaten in the photo. Honestly avoid this place. Don’t waste your $$

Ginger Church St has been my go-to since they opened on Church and have always been at least 4/5 stars. I was very disappointed to see the spring rolls I ordered tonight. I always get a couple extra for lunch the next day, but instead of golden and crispy, these were burnt and white with weird chewy dough. It really doesn't make me want to order again as they were a favourite.
