I don’t know how many bad reviews you guys need to fire everyone at front desk. So rude and unprofessional. I called today to book an appointment for some std testing, when I called and said my reason she laughed. I said it again to make sure and she laughed again. When I come to my appointment im going to ask them what’s so funny. I’m still looking for another doctor cus I’ll slap these girls in real life.

Went there at 2.20pm door is locked when they close at 3pm no patient waiting inside knock on door black lady inside looked at me and ignores me she was very busy using her phone

Worst doctors office ever. The wait time is ridiculous. The doctors are too busy eating and gossiping. The unregistered me without my knowledge. I have been a patient of them for over 5 years. It is okay they did me a big favour because their service was below garbage. Please be smart and take your family to another family doctor.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Doctor I saw was terrible she cut me off in the middle of my sentences and told me to hurry up 3 times. Totally insensitive about my trauma of my dads passing. This woman doesn’t want to help people she is there for the paycheque… super disappointed and came out worse than when I went inDO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC

The receptionist area employees were all helpful for me. I do not like the doctor she made me feel uncomfortable and this is the first time I’ve ever been made to feel like that by a doctor. I felt she was very condescending. I will not go back there.

Worst doctor I have seen in Canada till now. He doesn’t even check the patient and just prescribe the medication.

Having had great walk in experiences with Dr Khan, I decided to make her my family doctor 2/3 yrs ago. I haven't required medical attention for the last two years, and now when I do after being in an accident, I booked an appointment. I then received a call today -hours after me confirming my appointment for tomorrow and having my insurance company reach out to the clinic- that they have to cancel my appointment with Dr Khan since I am no longer under her care. Apparently I have been too healthy, not requiring medical care so she has dropped me as a patient. How was I going to find out that Ino longer had a family doctor if this hadn't happened?! They are telling me that I need to have a new meet and greet, then book a separate appointment to have all the appropriate assessments done. Not impressed.

Horrible experience at clinic :We were so much harassed by Dr. name SARWAT IBRAHIM My brother got rashes all over body and it was growing so my mother called my father and both went to walking clinic in Walmart and it was late around 4pm to 5pm and my brother run from my home just to give health card which my mother forgot at home, as she was so tense and my mother requested for Dr where staff told us All doctors were busy it will be possible tomorrow .My father had tear in his eyes after seeing my brother rashes and my mother begged staff for immediate Doctor help.Staff was so rudeFinally, after few minutes my mother entered in Dr. room as she was tense cose of my bro and Dr name Sarwat Ibrahim came and checked my bro and wrote prescription we appreciate up to here for Dr helpBefore leaving my parents wanted to clear few things about medicine as he wasn't knowing the protocol and by accident my father and mother knocked Dr. door which he wasn't knowing that Dr was checking patient's and this Doctor Sarwat Ibrahim bang door with such a noise and showed attitude that pic in wall fell and made my parents so uncomfortable and harrassed them and threaten them he will call police.Dr sarwat Ibrahim who the hell is you to show this kind of attitude shouting and threatening.You could have explained nicely and with soft toneOmg,This Doctor needs help too, such a rude Doctor who doesn't know how to speak to clients. I feel like he doesn't deserve to become Doctor and stigma at the name of this noblest profession for harrssing my parents .Dr Sarwat Ibrahim threatened my parents for police just knocking door.Shame on you Dr Sarwat IbrahimI wish, I would go to all media and file complaint to all legal authorities for harrssing my parents who were already so tense.Dr.Sarwat Ibrahim didn't you see tears in my father eye, who is way more educated and well established person my father remain silent as he respected your profession.Let me tell that Dr Sarwat you threatening for police we are not criminal but law abiding people and we are not numbskull person and by the way my father is Private investigator and well establish person and well aware of laws and you underestimated my parents as we belong to good educated family They respected your profession and both left with heavy heart otherwise the way you treated them they should have called policeIn my opinion, this Doctor Sarwat doesnt knowhow to speak with clients and might be doing same with other patients and he threatened for police just for knocking door.I dare you call police and tell them how you treated my parents. Shame on you Dr Sarwat Ibrahim.People like you spoil the reputation of this noblest profession if you are this much frustrated leave this noble profession and do something else.Advice for Doctor Sarwat Ibrahim :1) Be polite you are Dr doesn't mean law is different for you, who gave you permission to shout and threaten on clients just knocking door saying its invasion of privacy.You could have explained nicely they wanted to thank you before leaving2) Have positive attitude & speak nicely and understand clients needs.3) Dont threaten people for police otherwise they will file complaint for your behavior.You show them you are Dr but you don't know they might be way more educated than you.They left with heavy heart .My father used to teach in medical college in backhome so be respectful.4) Dont show attitude & Ateast listen to clients and talk with politeness understand their problem and consider yourself in their shoes.It was horrible experience for my parents and I will rate 1/10 for this Dr Sarwat Ibrahim action and visit to this clinic

The doctor I’ve encountered is very nice!! The only reason this place is getting any stars. However, I can’t say the same thing about the reception staff!! They refuse to pick up the phone! While sitting right beside it. They are all very rude. Always giving you unnecessary attitude. If they changed the reception staff. The only way for u to get any help. Is to leave a voice message then MAYBE AND ONLY MAYBE will they call u back the next day!! I believe this place could be really good

I’ve met this doctor for the first time in person 3 months ago name Dr Khan was very nonchalant and unprofessional it wasn’t a good experience I had. What’s crazy is that these people get to continue working with no consequences and paid handsomely that most of them don’t deserve. We need really start complaining on these doctors at theCPSO especially Dr Khan this person completely did not care about me I don’t know maybe it’s because I don’t resemble her complexion I don’t know but get her out of there with all that make up and eye lashes on while your working such a professional career she’s better off being a housewife.
