Words cannot describe how much care and love and thought James and his staff at Gateway provide. We were able to spend two more days with our lil angel after she had passed. They were so accommodating and understanding. They made something that was so hard a little less painful and that's no small thing. Thank you for everything <3

We had to put our dog down and had a terrible experience at a veterinarian hospital. I never got to say a proper goodbye to my little girl. I called gateway pet memorial and told them my story and asked if I could see my girl one last time. They were so kind, they had her all snuggled in a blanket for me to hold and say my goodbyes!! I will always remember this, she looked so beautiful and at peace. I instantly felt closure as well as grief. But no words can describe how much this act of kindness helped me cope, helped me move forward.I want to thank you all for your kindness, compassion, and empathy it will never be forgotten.The Gandertons
