It was a nice room every clean room and quiet there too will stay there again

The room was quiet, cozy, warm, cool on warm days, loved the shower and bathtub. I would definitely stay there again.

Had bad experience with owner as he demanded that new sheets be bought as there was a stain on one of them. Which makes no sense as it was an old stain. He demanded 40 dollars for a sheet. Boooo

Wasnt clean for re opening. Couldnt get in door as painted shut and cobwebs. Fridge wasnt working. Understand covid has changed things but now re opening things should be re cleaned and eveverything working.

i am not rating it cause they lie whats on there site and when i asked about a weekly rate i got hostility over the phone and the called me stupid and to get my eyes checked i am very disappointed on the service that why i am not rating it i hope no one goes thou what i did

My husband and i had a bad experience in this motel. I thought our first day here in canada would be great and we could able to rest well from our 14 hours travel by plane plus 2hours by cars. However, this motel service was not good I'm not sure if they are just racist..we had arrive 4:30am we thought we had to check out 11am but the Indian woman knock in our room at 6am n telling us we have to check out we told them if we could extend a little bit since we are very tired n we don't have place to stay yet we are willing to pay extra incase but they refuse.So right after our breakfast we had to live..so sad for our first day here..we pay right but the service was not good it very bad or they just racist? I don't know

Stayed for a day and a half after Fanshawe had arranged for it. Room was filled with cigarette smoke. Bathroom was clean. Bed also had cigar smoke.An okay(ish) motel if you plan to stay temporarily for a night but certainly not a good one if you plan more than that. Ensure to ask for a non-smoking room. I was terribly disappointed with Fanshawe for arranging a poor quality motel.

My experience was good the rooms are big , toilet were clean, breakfast was nice and the owner was very helpul..

The owners are like my family,very respectful and worm people their service is amazing I am their regular customer for over 2 years and will not trade this spot with any motel in the area...

Update2: Had an issue with the room I was given, but was promptly given another. For the price, and friendly management, it's a great place to stay if you're passing through. Update: Latest stay was in a room that had garbage in the drawers, debris under the dresser, a toilet that didn't flush properly, and very little toilet paper with no spare roll. WiFi password wasn't given, either. This review was a 4/5, but this was shockingly bad. Original: Smokingng rooms available, TV and cable with free WiFi, everything just worked unlike at Knight's Inn. The owner at reception was very informative, kind, and helpful. I often visit London, and now have a preferred place to spend the night that has great rates. The room had the fridge unplugged and it takes a bit for it to chill to the appropriate temperature, but I didn't mind terribly.
