I went in to get replacement flipper made - from the appointment booking to the first consultation, the process and experience was seamless and exceptional. At the fitting appointment, Eugene was patient and professional and after multiple adjustments, it was to my to satisfaction. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Fawn, to the moment I left with my new dentures and a warm handshake from Eugene it was an outstanding experience. Knowledgeable, caring and great listeners. I was made comfortable from the 1st session and was explained all the procedures in great detail as my appointments took place. If you are hesitating like I was (almost a year) to set up your consultation i'd suggest you take the leap and get an assessment done. It was a great experience for me.

I found Ottawa South Denture Clinic after my dentist sent me home without teeth or the temporary dentures I needed/requested-- but I'm super glad that I did.They're kind, understanding, very professional, and really go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your dentures..My dentures are gorgeous, (I get a lot of compliments on my smile now) very natural looking, they fit great, and I'm back to eating actual foods again!!The clinic itself is very clean, welcoming and calming.Highly recommend to anyone needing their services, they're amazing.

I loved this denture clinic! Everything from their friendliness to their professionalism. It was a very good experience from start to finish and the service quality was EXCEPTIONAL in every way.

The Denturist is an expert on his field. The partial dentures he made for me perfectly fit. It doesn't hurt my gums or any part of my mouth. I don't have to go back anymore to the clinic for realignment or adjustment. Customer service of his assistant is commendable too, she is so sweet and kind.
