I just quit today because I can't deal anymore with the team leader Emily Mann. She treat me badly and I'm the person number 3 who left this place because of her attitude. They will realize that they lost a good worker because of her.

This company's health and safety department think they know better than local health authorities and provincial and municipal governments. I was not able to pick up my stuff from here unless I wore a mask even though there is no masking bylaw or mandate in The City of Edmonton. I will not do business with this place again. Will avoid stores that use these people.

Never ever will recommend . They just know how to utilize their time to waste others. Amazing customer service will only reply when you send them thousands of emails. If you don’t want to spend your two days on border don’t go with them . Horrible

This company is a rip offCustoms release the shipment on a weekday, they wait couple days until Friday afternoon to pick it up and charge us 4 days storage period on top of shipping and brokerage fees.Then once delivered , they send emails asking for more money because they used skids" in the delivery."
