Confused pricing, check that you are getting that item for the sticker, cause 3X now the giant sign saying SALE is not for the items in front but for the tool on bottom shelf..just had it happen with garden center. If I hadn't questioned it I would have paid $10 for a 2$ sale plant.

Went in twice to the Vernon store and wanted to order some vinyl refresh from Ducan. Apparently only one person in the store knows how to order it from lower BC! She was not there Monday but a fellow took all my info and said Jody would get back to me the next day. Waited till noon then went back in (27 km drive). She was not around and didn't answer her page and so I once again left unable to order this! So I went over to Home Depot and within 10 minutes was taken care of!

Horrible service. Asked to deliver product, they never texted, never called us and they never came. We waited all day for our appliance and planned this weeks in advance. Do not recommend.

I enjoy the organization that this store has to offer. I can get in and out fairly quickly. I also just had a great experience with their custom door shop. The work exceeded my expectations, it was done within the week, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!

There are good stores and there a great stores...this is definitely a great store. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They offer sound, logical, practical advice. This Rona is nothing short of fantastic.

It used to be great, but it seems they are having major staffing issues (like most stores these days). The lumber yard closed at 6pm on a Wednesday, because they didn't have enough staff.Staff says it's best to go in the morning on a weekend, as they can get more people in.

Been personally harassed by 1 of there employees for a few years at least making false posts, and Facebook pages that are all a defamation of my character and just full of lies such as i was stabbed which wasn't the case at all. This person is Sherry Jane Enderby if she does not stop and get talked to about this by management I will have to move onto the next step. Which would be getting the police involved.

Gone in for a number of things but the last time really stuck with me. The lady working was very accommodating to my questions about getting a new burner for a smoker, did an amazing job with the help. Also all other staff that I've asked for help have been very helpful. Good place for many different things from lumber to plants for the garden!
