As first-time visitors we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at The Village Teapot. Such a great choice on the menu. The homemade food was really tasty and the portion size was perfect. We will definitely return and have already recommended it to friends.

What a wonderful day. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming. All the staff were smiling and friendly. I highly recommend taking the lovely drive from London to dine here!!

Bob and I highly recommend The Village Teapot. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make the wedding shower for our daughter a memorable event. They accommodated us by opening the restaurant after hours. The wheelchair accessibility and washroom accommodations made it possible for my elderly mother to attend.The food was homemade and delicious and was beautifully served. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate. Thank you to the staff for giving our daughter a shower fit for our princess.

Had brunch there yesterday morning and it was awful. Ordered Sausage, Mushroom Cheddar in a Puff Pastry. Pastry was hard, dry and tasteless, I found one half of a slice of sausage in my puff pastry". Served with a bowl of fruit which they assumed I wanted to order. The man beside me ordered scrambled eggs

Great little spot in Ilderton! Delicious food, very kind staff, and a lovely cozy atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend their soups and baked goods, especially the chive scones. Will definitely be back!

Lovely place for lunch. Make sure you reserve first as they are often very busy which is a good sign. Love their ham sandwich..just like my favorite in my local English Tea Room. Very friendly staff!!

Waited 32 minutes for a tiny quiche that was so skinny it had no taste. Ceaser salad tasty. Ploughmans lunch ok, nothing special. Warm bread with It, a first!!. Really came for the scone with cream and there wasn't any. So disappointed. Won't be back.

I enjoyed a lovely cup of lemon ginger tea with a out of the oven scone topped with butter and homemade strawberry rhubarb jam. It made the drive worth it. Lovely owners as well

Always enjoy coming here. Had the Full English Breakfast and enjoyed every bite. The young lady serving us was attentive and a delight. She talked us into pie for dessert and I'm glad she did. It was amazing!
