Dealing with cancer can be a long daunting ordeal. I have been on this train for over a year. The time waiting for tests, results, surgeries etc. is the hardest part of the process. When you finally get into the BC cancer system in Kelowna, I found the care, proficiency, compassion, and desire to help you to be nothing less than commendable! All of the staff are incredible! I had my last radiation yesterday, however have to return every 3 months and I am looking forward to seeing a lot of GREAT people!

I cannot praise our cancer center high enough. The staff are exceptional! As an AML outpatient I have been going there since July of 2017 & am constantly impressed with the integrity & care with which is to their credit. We are so incredibly lucky to have this amazing amenity to service our cancer community.

Treated here spring 2023 and found everyone I dealt with to be fantastic. Dr. David Kim and all the clinical and radiation staff were all very informative, helpful and pleasant. Lots of information given, and explanations for everything. There aren't enough muffins or donuts for me to deliver for everyone, so just a big Thank You to Dr. Kim and all the girls involved. I am forever grateful.

My husband is waiting to get radiation took 3 months after his surgery to call. Then they told him to grt blood work at jubilee hospital. He went there to have the work done. No requisition forms were sent. The hospital and my hubby both tried calling. After 2 hours they gave up. And to this day 12 days later still no return phone call. I know people are busy but that is ridiculous no blood work no radiation. I guess the 3 surgeries to remove the cancer is all that he will be given. Thanks kelowna cancer. Job well done on follow up with people

Must acknowledge the outstanding staff of the PET scan section. Second visit and a most “enjoyable” (under the circumstances for going!) experience. Positive and friendly- goes a long ways in alleviating nerves. Thanks!
