Mantis Pest Control

I used Mantis Pest Control to spray the exterior of my home for ants. The owner was very friendly, prompt and helpful and even pointed out signs of where the ants were located.

I had my house unsuccessfully sprayed by him 2 months ago for Silverfish. I was told that there would be three months warranty/guarantee for his services, so I left text messages patiently waiting for his response. My messages were left on read until I called recently, which he promised to show up on the Thursday at 5:15 pm. He didn't end up showing up nor responding to my call and messages. At the end I was pleading for him to just let me know he was not going to show up and instead he blocked my number. My home had to be vacated and prepared for his arrival, which meant my tenants stayed a night in a hotel for nothing. I advise any potential consumers to move onto the next pest control listing.

They were very helpful and thorough. Our mice problem was not easy to overcome but they came back a number of times to ensure that they were gone.

Promptly called me back and answered all of my questions. Also, quick to respond to an email of a picture I sent. Thanks for your help!

Raccoon was nesting in our attic with its babies. We called Mantis and they came out within hours and Patrick crawled into attic, gently removed all the baby raccoons and put them in a basket in our back yard. Patrick sat and watched the babies for 4 hours while the mother took each one to a new home, and then he closed the hole she had made to get in our attic. We were very impressed and so were our children. Very professional and very caring. Small company but excellent service and very professional.

Thanks for getting rid of these disgusting bed bugs in my apt. No more itchy scratchy nights. Nice to sleep without being dined on!

Patrick, thank you for great service. Rats were keeping us up at night doing acrobatics in attic. Prompt and excellent service and rats are gone. Also closed the holes the critters were getting in and gave us good advice on how to avoid many other pest problems. Thanks again and hope we don't have to see you again...joke.
