Went to this place to find a walker for my mom. We found the ladies there very friendly, helpful and patient. We had a great experience all around from the fantastic therapist who showed my mom the ins and outs of the walker to the lady who helped us from the start. Thanks Erin for all your patience and help with mom getting Annie...her new ride

Worst customer service i have ever encountered. Nobody answers the phone or calls back when i leave messages. I had to go in person to ask for a quote for equipment i wished to purchase, and they could not provide the info so they were supposed to call me and never did. Then never answered when i tried calling again to follow up. Unbelievable.
