Ultimate Airsoft
Had a good day here with friends. Field is fun and location is good.My only complaints and lack of stars is it took a while to get games going. Showing up right at opening I think we only played 3 full games (6 if you count the switching sides) which is quite low considering we were there for 4+ hours. It seemed odd that we sat around for so long in between games for no obvious reason. So it was a little frustrating but I’m not gonna give a 1 star rating for that because it’s a very fixable issue. Ultimate Airsoft if you read this it’s really not a big deal. You have a great field so just run your itinerary faster and more efficiently for more games!!!!Price was also a little high but ehhhh seemed fair since it was the off season. I don’t know if the prices change in the summer time.All in all I’d recommend this place to others with a warning they may not be able to play as much as they could.

Ultimate Airsoft
Playing in Ultimate for more than four years. Saw some bad reviews recently. Was considering to have a play after pandemic and the reviews. And I went there today, the front desk staff was Kai. Bring me some memories of Carl. He was kind and care players. Still very nice place to play for airsoft and a fair price! Not sure about other staffs, needs go to the field more often lol. Only point that I want to mention is the door is on the back of the buildings it’s a little bit hard to find (maybe a sign on the side of the road will be nice).

Had my 13yo's birthday party in May, kids played 4 rounds.First round had some blood, tears and minor ptsd but after some band aids and vests they were having a blast.They were split and mixed in with some other players which I appreciated. Other players were kind; when one of the kids was shot and crying a player offered his vest and gloves which gave the kid the confidence to go back in for another 3 rounds. Last round was the kids only, everyone was hiding but whateverI considered this a rite of passage and kind of a reality check. Kids walked out with a different perspective and they loved itParty room was fine. Washroom was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive thank you

Ultimate Airsoft
I used to frequent UA at the old location near Sheppard and I enjoyed myself pretty well whenever I went. I thought I'd give the newest location a shot yesterday. The main thing that made me leave early was overcrowding. I'm not sure if the field has a player count limit but if it does it's too high. We had something close to 40 on 40 in what is a relatively small facility. It's hard to have any tactical" fun when every lane

My sons started to play and have a great time here. Players are friendly and give the kids pointers, even sharing some items with them. Never had an issue the times we’ve gone.

Yikes this whole place is a safety hazard, out of the 3 times I’ve been someone shot out the light almost once a time and one day it was twice, there was a wood plank used as a crossing over a broken car and it just cracked near the edge. Their chronograph is reading wrong and is reading under what the gun is actually shooting. Staff seems to brush it off every time I bring it up and even banned my friend for bringing it up again. Many people shoot hot and shot calling is an issue with referees and staff not caring at all. Please for your safety don’t go hereEdit: the staff here are on some sort of power trip, on their forum board they have linked via QR code by the front desk, they instantly mute and ban people who have actual feedback and or complaints. Staff often get into arguments online with customers, again highly advise to avoid this place at all costs

Ultimate Airsoft
We had celebrated my sons birthday here with 9 of his friends. Our party coordinator was David he was very friendly and explained the rules and game to the boys. We had 3 hours of play time from 3-6 and David was kind enough to let the boys play past 6 since they started their first game late. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves and my son is looking forward to come back again.
