I recently brought my car in for an outstanding EGR Valve recall and had the pleasure of working with Piyoush Mohun. The receptionist (unfortunately I did not get their name) was prompt in greeting me, and before I was even asked to take a seat in the lounge Piyoush was able to take on my file and check my vehicle in. The process was smooth and my replacement vehicle was ready to go immediately. I was told they needed three hours or so to complete the work and was updated at that time letting me know that there we're a couple additional items required on my vehicle following the technicians inspection. The tech had also sent me a video outlining the issues they had mentioned which was a nice touch. Piyoush and I had discussed my extended warranty when I had first arrived so without having to ask he let me know that he would be verifying the coverage and contacting me back shortly. He reached me within the hour to let me know both additional repairs were covered by my plan and that the parts should be available that afternoon and the car finished the next day by noon. This was very convenient as I don't live near by! I was made aware of a couple items maintenance items that will need future attention, but I was in no way pressured to have them taken care of in that moment as they weren't immediately pressing. I was updated before the promised time of completion that my vehicle was ready and once again asked if I was okay with the car wash and vacuum. When I arrived shortly after 1pm, my invoice was ready and my car was parked out front waiting for me. Overall it was a 10/10 experience by the whole service team!Also, thanks to Eric Fampa in the Finance Department for suggesting the BMW extended warranty with my purchase, using the coverage was a smooth process and saved me some out-of-pocket cash!

Just purchased a 2022 bmw m4 competition from these guys, great service from Richard and Eric the finance manager. These guys know what they are doing and their service is outstanding compared to any other dealership I’ve ever been in. Richard is very knowledgeable in high end cars and understands your needs and doesn’t force you to make a deal like so many other sales reps. Eric will work hard to get you the right deal and is very pleasurable guy to work with. Highly recommend asking for Richard and Eric for your next high end car.

They act all sweet and nice when you’re exploring and looking at your options. The moment you ask them you need some time to think get ready for the cold behaviour. I was there with my husband last week, everything was going well we were on the verge of taking the car home. It was little out of our budget but we still were like let’s do it. But decisions like these are not taken in seconds we needed some time to think clearly about it as it was going to have affect on our pocket not there. Our agent was Rayn. He was acting all good and nice the moment we said we needed some time. He crushed the paper on front of us and yelled from one room to another to his colleagues“the car is available “ to make us feel bad. If you’re going here you’ve got to say yes to there deal for them to be nice.

The first car I purchased didn't have all the options that they advertised so I took it back. I traded for one a couple years newer (and more expensive) with the options I wanted. The first one had 2 key fobs, ( the only way in or out ) but the second only had one. I didn't know that until the deal was signed but they told me for only a little over $500.00 I could get a second one. I declined. This car also seemed to have a battery issue. They assured me the battery was good and it just needed a little charging. Today I went to put my 3rd half tank of gas in it and it was dead at the pumps. I had just driven it for 45 minutes so no way it should have a problem. I have made arrangements to have a new battery installed at a place where I know and feel comfortable. This is and was my final purchase from this dealer, including service.

Everything was going okay.We liked the car and was an expensive one than our originally planned one. We were 90% on the side of saying YES but wanted to give our budget some thought and make a decision by next morning. But as soon as we said that, the sales rep RYAN acted very RUDE. He crushed the estimate paper right away and threw it in trash in a very arrogant manner. Then shouted to another guy saying “This car is available” as we were walking out.Completely unprofessional and arrogant behaviour. We probably would’ve bought the car but now I really don’t wanna deal with this dealership anymore.Very disappointed!Hopefully you don’t meet Ryan and hopefully not all sales reps are not like Ryan.

Son in law purchased a pre owned 330i 1 year ago for 30k, and an extended warranty. The engine started running rough, towed it into Brian Jessel, and they responded the warranty is void due to an engine tune. Charged over $1000.00 to look at it and tighten some bolts, and said it’s not worth repairing. Quoted 22k for a new engine, and offered to give us $2k on trade in. The problem is related to a faulty fuel injector, others have posted the same issue. BMW is choosing to ignore this. Brian Jessel doesn’t have your back. Anyone else buy a lemon from Jessel?
