Victoria is great i didn't give her the right windshield so when she came out to look she said it was a heated windshield and she's very outgoing and chipper all the time I showed her a pic of a couger I had that was tranquilized and she had the hole garage come see and it that made my day great and windshield was done great as well andvictoria thanks for the wipers to hope to do business with y'all in the future

when I scheduled my appointment just for a small crack in the windshield, the “Manager” came out very friendly and helped me and said honest advice is to wait until it cracks expands more as it’s not repairable . So I end up Changing my windshield without taking any second opinion.But unfortunately my windshield got a very small chip again in 3 months and I went again to that manger and asked him if he can get it fixed as it was really small from the last time now. But again manager told me that it’s not repairable, either I should wait for it to be expanded more or get it replaced right away again.So this time I felt that something is not right here and went to some other company for the second opinion and honestly they got it fixed in 30 mins and no questions asked. They told me this always happens with Speedy glass as they are trying to make more money. Save your time and money and don’t ever go here. Manager is a SCAMMER.

I discovered speedy glass from the icbc website list of approved auto glass repair shops. I took it in for a windshield replacement. The process was super simple I made an appt online and took the car into the shop. I was helped by Richard for the entire process he was fantastic and they even take care of the icbc claim for you. He is super knowledgeable and the car was finished within the time frame as promised. I am very happy I chose this speedy glass Newton location. Thank you Richard again for making this such a smooth process. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family.

I had my windshield replaced today at Speedy Glass Newton and the service was excellent. They’re friendly and efficient. The lady at the front desk was awesome! She took care of everything I needed and was so pleasant to deal with.The girl who I dealt with on the phone when I called to book the appointment was so helpful and took care of everything for me! And they didn’t even ask for a review. Good customer service is hard to find these days.My car looks brand new again!! I highly recommend speedy glass for all your auto glass repair needs.

I had called earlier today to make an appointment. This was my first time contacting speedy glass ever. The phone was answered by Veronica and hands down she was one of the best people I have ever interacted with. She was super kind, helpful, informative and overall amazing! I have never received such amazing customer service until I spoke with Veronica today. She made my day! I already know I’ll be returning again for any other services needed because of this experience!
