This used to be the best Starbucks in town but ever since it reopened and came under new management its gone so far downhill. They’re always out of ingredients and rather than put a sign out on the ordering speaker to say this they wait until there’s 3 cars behind you to let you know so you’re stuck in the drive through. They will also charge you full price for drinks missing multiple ingredients and the display food that has been sitting out all day even though it’s dry and probably not that great for you. They have closed half an hour early a couple of times too with no apologies for the inconvenience. We wait in line for over 20 minutes most of the time because they’re so understaffed. The drinks are also made incorrectly as well. So much wrong that you can’t list it all. Better just to save your money since it’s too expensive for them to mess it up every time. I think they DEFINITELY need a new manager in here. They were doing great before.

I used to love this store, but the renovation has made it unfriendly to visit and the once welcoming staff seem to have left.

I used to like this establishment! Used to have great vibes.. but recently everyone seems unmotivated.. I think the manager should consider communicating with his staff. because clearly he isn’t doing his job well. I feel bad for the baristas.. Pour management!!

I went in to order two drink and had showed this guy worker what I wanted, and you could clearly see what was on the photo, but said in a rude and sassy way to read it out, then my friend noticed him talking about us, and he wasn’t quite about it and kept looking at us, he was just really rude, it doesn’t matter what kind of day you had, you still have to be nice to your customers like seriously that was uncalled for to act rude.

Newly renovated Starbucks store with usual array of drinks. Staff are particularly friendly and well engaged with customers. Cafes new style just lacks the original feel of a cosy Starbucks and is a move in the wrong direction imho.

Wow what a great cup of coffee! Can't believe how much better there coffee is compared to Tim's and the coffee I make at home! It costs more money but in my opinion we'll worth it!

I loved this location, but ever since the renovations the service has gone down tremendously. 30 minute wait in the drive thru and a 20 minute wait for one coffee inside. Seems short-staffed, with only two working on orders and the rest standing around chatting. Hope to see some improvements in the future!

This was an extremely busy establishment. The girl taking our order was not friend or efficient. She needed us to repeat our order for two drinks multiple times and in the end our drink order was incorrect. Not worth $15 ….
