Owner was really friendly and nice. Came here with my boyfriend for the first time to buy water pipes" and the owner gave us good suggestions. Safe wrapping for our glass objects and a really cool carrying bag. Lots of variety. A bunch of cool incense sticks also. Great place to get gifts for your friends and family if they partake!"

Was there on Saturday at noon and store was still closed. No lights, business hours display was off, voice mail was full. Has much as I wanted to support a local business, I'd recommend not to bother and order what you're looking for from an online Canadian shop...

I went there and wow they didn’t even know anything about there products. Even with service there’s no hello how can I help you it’s very sad. I went to puff de jour and I could say they have a lot more service, friendly faces, and they know about all products. They help you to buy the right products that you need.

I've been in the store to buy many things here. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The reviews talking about an other store is most likely people trying to steal clients writing fake reviews.

The service was mediocre, 0 knowledge about the product, and they re literally making more than 200% profit on the bongs. I got a 3arm bong at puff de jour the same one 50% cheaper.

Glass is much better quality than rock junction, a little bit more expensive but with these types of products you really get what you pay for, so that isn't necessarily a bad thing.I have gone in a number of times for replacement downstems/bowls and the staff is always more than happy to assist me in any way they can!Overall I have never had a negative experience the handful of times I've been in!
