I've gone from having a negative experience to a positive experience. I had purchased a faulty shovel from a big box store from this brand and it broke after two uses. After Contacted the company for support, as the Big Box store wouldn't help, they've sent me two new shovels.

Avoid any products made by era group, especially snow shovels, I've only had it for 2 months and the scooping/blade part of the shovel made of poly, cracked. I called to see if I could get just that part replaced and was willing to pay for it and was talked to rudely by some woman saying we don't have just those parts, really, but you make them, you have to buy a whole new shovel and was also rudely told that they don't sell to the store I mentioned, do not buy anything made by era group, they don't stand behind their products

Era Group claims to care about recycling, and yet their current President continues to order bottled water by the skid-load and plastic cutlery for their staff instead of buying a water cooler and real cutlery. The company also refuses to pay for recycling, so thousands of water bottles, plastic forks and knives (among other plastic rubbish) ends up in the trash. It made me sick to witness Era's 100+ employees throw away tons of recyclable materials into the trash.It's a fact that we are now consuming plastic particles - it's in our food and now in our drinking water. It's destroying our oceans, and now threatens our health. Stop consuming plastic products, and start recycling.

J’ai acheté une pelle chez wall mart de eragroup à la mi saison hivernale fin Janvier 2019 et elle a cassé en deux sans avoir été dur avec , franchement déçus, je ne m’attendais pas faire dix ans avec mais deux mois c’est vraiment pas un bon produit, j’ai téléphoné et laisser un message à la compagnie et aucun retour !!

Their website talks about durability, high standards, etc etc but I took the snow shovel home and it no joke snapped in half the first time I tried using it on my driveway. All if not most of their products are made from an extremely cheap and flimsy plastic, would not recommend what so ever other than for little kids.
