I had a warranty issue with a pair of boots I bought in July. I had the receipt, and drove them to Mr. Safety shoes. There was no hassle, no issue, and I wasnt there for 5 minutes before leaving with a new pair of boots. A good way to evaluate a company is how they react when their is a consumer issue. This company dealt with mine perfectly! I will continue to do business here!

Was in today to purchase some safety shoes. Was greeted by Tali in a clean well organized store. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I shared what I was looking for and my requirements and Tali knew exactly what I needed. She showed me four different shoes in varying sizes which I tried on. She was very patient and her thoughts were very helpful throughout the process. When asked about another shoe brand, she was honest and did not try to upsell me to a more expensive shoe. Will definitely return here for future purchases. A definite recommend.

Know what you are looking for!Store was well laid out and looked to be fully stocked. Staff were pleasant but in my case lacking knowledge.I was needing to replace a pair of Blundstone workboots that served me well. I had already done the research and chose this location because they appeared to have the product I was looking for.They indeed had the product and size. Hoping for more information i asked a few leading questions and to my dismay the answers were not forthcoming. “ ummm, these boots are all the same”( re Chelsea style workboots)Fortunately I knew different and made a choice I am very happy with.
