The Park Theatre
The event I was at was great however the temperature at the venue was unnecessarily FREEZING COLD. I along with 250 other patrons were dressed for summer weather, the temperature inside the theatre was similar to a walk in freezer, possibly colder. I understand spot lights are warm, however the ridiculous freezing cold temperature was excessive and ruined my experience. If you’re attending an event at the Park Theatre in the summer, make sure to bring your winter clothing and or jacket.

Small enough venue that it remains intimate and sound system is amazing. Caught a Supertramp cover band live here (and others) and that concert experience was next level! On the downside, its standing room only and bathrooms (ladies) were not great for cleanliness. Still, its a great little venue. Felt safe. Bar prices remain reasonable (please keep them that way) and service was good.

Nice venue but I would advise against standing room tickets. Recently saw a comedy show there and couldn’t see the performer at all. Had I know it would have been like this I would have passed on purchasing the tickets.

Been going to shows at the park for sometime now, so many great ones over the years. Love the continued renovations to the venue and really enjoying the shows that are booked. Staff there is always amazing and courteous, the bar staff, door staff and security. Always an enjoyable time, definitely recommend for shows as well as rentals if you are a promoter. Great recommendation by staff to me and the wife, take pictures of your door/coat check tickets in case you lose them, definitely has happened before and its a pain waiting until your the last one there to get your coat.

Fantastic venue! I've seen a couple concerts here and every time I've entered, the vibe is amazing. A highly adaptable space for different types of events. Not the biggest space, but it adds to the unity of the event. Drinks are reasonably priced and the bartenders are confident, loud, and fast. Very helpful when you're trying to get beers before the next set starts

Very nice smaller scale intimate venue to see a show at in Winnipeg with a rich history from the early 1900's. Plenty of bathroom options which impressed me a lot given that it's a venue with a capacity of less 1,000. Cleanest venue bathrooms I have ever seen and security/staff were super friendly. Being from America where I've attended a lot of concerts, beverage prices here at the Park Theatre were dirt cheap compared to what I'm used to. My wife & I really enjoyed the concert we attended here and would come back in a heartbeat!

Theatre was alright. Very limited seating space (3 benches I think) so prepare to stand the entire time. Large selection for the bar tho which was nice. No food.

Great venue, the first time I was going here. Was fast to get in, and security did a great job. Drinks were priced reasonable and easy to get out for a smoke and back in without hassle. Will definitely return

I recently attended the park theatre for a concert (White Horse).I hadn't been there since they redeveloped it (2020 I believe) and was curious to see how things have changed.Man! Have they changed! It's no longer a redone old movie theatre. It's had a total revamp. Complete with scrolling outside billboard (yet somehow retaining the quiant 'old thaetre ' vibe). It's a mostly standing only venue, but don't let that scare you off.It is very intimate and cozy. If that can be said about a rock/folk/country venue.I like that they have many beer on tap, with bar service that is wonderful.Coat check is also on offer but , unfortunately, no food on offer. It is a nice close up" concert going experience that has improved over time whilst still managing to retain the ambiance of the old theatre.I will definetly attend again.P.S.Whitehorse was amazing!Updated Sept 25.Thank you for the quick response to my review. I would’ve given your establishment five stars if it wasn’t mostly standing room only. I know that gives it its cosy vibe. But as a man pushing 60
