My wife originally emailed this company a few months ago and we didn't get a response. I tried calling a couple of weeks ago to follow up and the individual I spoke to was incredibly rude (i.e. not clarifying company name when I called, seemed annoyed when I asked for their availability, disrespectful tone). I ended up saying forget it" and hung up the call because they clearly were not interested in our business.A few minutes later I got a call from a different-much more personable individual who said that we lost connection and told me to reach him through email. This is an unsolicited rave review. My lawn guy ran over the wellhead, breaking the cap and, worse, causing the wires to fry the controller and pump motor. I had NO water for 36 hours and counting and I was panicking. Dave and Jesse were here in 90 seconds (b/c they happened to be at a job around the corner, not teleporting themselves). They tested the system to identify the damage (which had been confirmed by an electrician earlier) and set to work. They had all the parts, all the equipment, explained everything, gave me options, and finished the job in 2 hours. I now have better water pressure and I have cleaner water b/c I chose to replace the piping from galvanized steel to PVC. They were professional, competent, friendly, respectful - just wonderful.

Would highly recommend King City Well Drilling. Had no water in my house at 4pm on a Friday afternoon and got a call back in less than 1/2 hour and they were at my house at 8 am Saturday morning. By 10:30 am I had water again. Fabulous service and the nicest guys.

I spoke to Jesse over the phone regarding information related to dug wells. Very thorough, he knows his stuff. Even though I wasn't a paying customer, he still gave me his time to answer my questions. Its obvious that they care, I would definitely recommend this company

Great service and quick response. Jesse and Dave came out to help us repair our well. They determined that we needed a new well pump and water tank. The well had been performing awfully for a number of months prior to complete failure and they determined that the well pump was finished. From the time they got to the house to the time they left was approximately 3.5 hours. If you've ever been without water you know length of time to fix the problem is extremely important. Moreover, the price they charged was reasonable.Very happy with the result, the water pressure improved and we can rest easy.Thank you

We had no water middle of the night and run a business out of our home where we need running water. Jesse not only answered the phone around 5:30am, but called us back with an estimated arrival time just like he promised he would and was at the house by 9:45am just like he said.Jesse figured out quickly what the issue was - the well pump was dead and the wiring to it needed to be replaced as well. We had a quote to replace it within minutes and he set out to do the work right away.He came prepared with everything on his truck and knows his stuff. We are really happy with the work, the water was back up and running quickly and he is coming back to check the tank in a couple of months to make sure the tank is functioning properly as well.Highly recommend Jesse and thank you for the great service!!

King City Well Drilling Co was great. The well stopped worked and these guys took the call in the evening -- and were here the next day. Assessed the problem thoroughly and solved it instantly, which was very helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. We worked with Dave and Jesse and I would recommend them without reservation.

We lost water pressure on Friday of the May long weekend, with panic setting in we foundThe number for King well drilling, Jessie answered and thinking I had no chance of getting serviceTo come out before Tuesday I was greeted with a polite and professional , “ I can come out in the morning”I thought WOW, as promised he did and spent a few hours checking our system and replacing the submerged Pump, a big job done properly and efficiently with no extra emergency call costs or excuses. Absolutely incredible service. Cannot say enough good things about this company. We initially contacted them when we ran our well dry and King City Well Drilling came in the same day we called for a quote and fixed it on the spot. We ended up having an issue with our pump months later and they came and replaced the pump the next day (over a long weekend). These guys were professional, provided quality service, responsive and we cannot say enough good things about their customer service . Highly, highly recommended for all your well related needs.
