Shade is extremely knowledgeable and was able to teach us a lot on why our puppy Maple behaves the way she does, this helped us to better understand her which helps us when training her. There are just too many tips and techniques to list when it comes to the training Shade taught us. Somethings that we had never thought of and new ways of doing certain things which provided a better outcome. Shade was very patient with our family, kids included, and never rushed a session. He was able accommodate our hectic schedules and come to our home which worked very well for our family. Shade was able to instantly connect with Maple and she responded very well to him right away. It's quite obvious he is very passionate about what he does. Highly recommend Shady Trees!

My wife and I recently rescued our current dog Storm, a 4 year old mix. He came with a few issues that Shade has helped us immensely with. He managed to teach all 3 of us how to work on these issues and we are getting better every day. We highly recommend Shady Tree Canines

I contacted Shade to help our family with our 9 year old Australian Shepherd. She had anxiety on walks, was overly excited at the front door, and had become protective on the house and car. As a result I developed anxiety with walking her and her reactivity.Shade has been our knight in shining armor! He has a wealth of knowledge on dog psychology and reads dogs so amazingly well! He is very passionate about his work and it definitely shows in his high standard of service! After teaching us about positive reinforcement training he showed us how to introduce Oreo to new people. Over the next few sessions we worked on all our problems together with positive training techniques and changed my anxieties into 'training opportunities'. The results have been incredible! Our 9 year old dog has become noticeably more relaxed during these tougher moments but also overall. We will continue to work with Shade and we are so very grateful we found him!

Shade worked with my argentine Dogo who was insanely reactive to people and other dogs i went threw a few trainers that only made her worse after the first 3 sessions i saw huge improvement i can now walk her anywhere have dogs pass us with no problem i never thought this day would come . Shade also worked with my chihuahua who barked non stop at people. She now has more trust i highly recommend shady tree canine I finally have a happy trusting dogs .

Shade & his team are awesome! They helped us through a difficult time of aggression with our two dogs & gave us great tips & training info to continue on our own. I contacted Shade to help me with my French Bulldog who would get overly excited on the leash when she saw other dogs, I would get so embarrassed which in turn made me resent walking her.
