RAM SWEET SHOP

Very very disappointed ! I bought punjabi manja for $180 ! i did not check it was 8:10 pm when they were closing and i was in hurry . it was broken from the bottom . I called the store next morning , no solution found yet .disgusting service

We orderd bread pakora , but we received something else , very unsatisfactory experience.

It's a decent place but I had a sour experience with them today as the milk cake (a traditional Indian sweet) that I bought from them was clearly gone bad. Can't blame them as it was 34 degrees today and they don't have an air conditioner. However, they refused to make good and return the product when I visited them within an hour of purchase. Where they failed as a business was to take that $10 hit when they screwed up (just today I had given them $41 worth of business). Instead they just shrugged it off and turned it away. The lady was polite, though the one with highlights didn't look happy. Already had doubts about this business ever since I saw them listed for a hygiene violation by the government but this seals the deal for me. Ram Ram!

Been there so many times … never been disappointed … great customer service as always and food has always been fantastic .. happy customer willBe back …!!!

I think this Indian sweet shop is good in the West Island. Usually all the sweets are nice and tasty but we bought black jamun to take out and it was not fresh and it had some kind of smell. Unfortunately we had to throw them all away. I would recommend to taste it before buying sweets from this shop!

The sweets are delicious. Fresh. Love it. The chana somosa was also great.

I went in to check the menu as I was walking home and hungry. Everything else was closed or out of business. Not interested in sweets but saw the Chana samosa! I could not believe the size of the serving for $6 tax included! When I tried it the flavour was amazing. Full of flavour this was the best Chana samosa I’ve had. Enough for two people. A real value for $6!

Ram sweet shop is known to the Indian diaspora, but to the non Indians, they need to check it out. It’s snacks n sweets are very authentic.Samosas and pakoras are yumm!Sweets - an incredible variety to choose from.Chaat- the Indian tapas also hits the Spot.So glad it’s in Montreal

Quality has decreased drastically!! They used to have the best thalis in the town but it's not the same anymore!It was 2nd time we were given stale Daal.Unfortunate!!
