Some games have been broken for months and nobody cares to fix them. They stop selling tickets for bungy jumping about 2 hours before the park closes which doesnt make sense. Today the token machine was broken and when I contacted the staff they did not help. Very bad experience so far

This place needs care. All the installations need to be better cleaned, In general it looks forgotten.Wrappings and dirt everywhere in the playgrounds, way too dusty so better stay away if you are allergic,The arcade area is barely functional and some take the coins without working.The carrousel makes high shrieking noises and will not move some times.No hand sanitizerDusty balls lost everywhere in the playgroundThe cafeteria has barely anything to offer and you have to return to the reception to pay.Is decaying in general, and it’s very sad as the idea and placement of the playground is great.

Even tho my kid enjoy their time there…Half the arcade wasn’t working. The place smell’s filthy and was extremely dirty.

I organized my daughter's birthday party at the Récréofun in St-Bruno. We had made the reservation 6 weeks in advance and followed up with a confirmation the week before the event. When we arrived the reservation was not in the system. The employee who was alone at the time accommodated us as best she could. There were a lot of people waiting to pay so it was very difficult for her to help us. She was finally able to assign us a room but I had to decorate myself and independently manage my guests. At one point there were over 100 people in the place and she was always alone. Since the place was full and they didn't have enough staff, they cut the catering, bungee and other services. Finally the bungee opened with only one employee in the early afternoon but the children had to be very patient. The access gate to the park was constantly open and the children could escape. There was no supervision and no manager was on hand to help or handle the situation. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy my daughter's birthday and my guests were very disappointed with their experience when they saw me running around to cover the employees...

I was there today with my 2 girls and my friend with her 2 kids and it is the last time we go thereVery very very poor customer serviceThe girl at the entrance was alone trying to manage all the guests ( for a saturday )Then the girls wanted to do bungeeI was asking a question to the monitor he turned his head and never answered me . I thought he didnt hear me i went closer asked him the same question but he did the same no answer . So i told him sorry but im asking you a question i still didn’t get an answer. And guess what? Still no answer…. Very very rudeThen for the arcades games we put our coins but the machine wasn't workingNo sign anywhereWe ask to get our coins backThey said sorry we dont have coins for now comebackThe. My little one who is 2 wanted to ride the horsesMachine didnt take coins but we had to pay 1$ didnt have changeWent to the front to ask she said i dont have sorryThen a lady arrived with the cash and started countingI told her may i please ask you for a 5$ changeShe said no we are open tomorrow and we need them ( with her very rude attitude) i told her i want to soend that money in that center my baby wants to playShe kept repeating no i wont give you any change i need them ok? ( attitude again)Then at the cafe i asked for another lady she said we are closed1 min later i see someone buying smthg thereWent to ask she said to give change the cash is closed but we are open for purchasesI was shocked !0 way to help their customersBut to get the money they do everythingWorst customer service everI really dont know how they choose their employeesNever never again it wasn't fun at all

Easy entry, good for different ages

Proper place a lot of games also trampoline nice stuff. Big parking lot and easy access from high way 30. Kids had fun and liked the cafeteria.

Small version of Funtropolis. Dust everywhere. They need more staff. I wait 10 minutes in line (without people behind us) the host (a young lady) had a long conversation with a costumer. Their food is not interesting. Just a few snacks.

They were short of staff. No hand sanitizer. More that 500 people inside the parc & only 5 people of the staff we were to people paying for.the ticket & girl was charging me 3. I asked her if she doesn't know how to count. Unbelievable. Hardly to believe that they clean the space every day. I would not go with the kids to a place like this full of virus & bacterias.

First of all, they should find a solution to the Introduction.We all come from outside with our shoes.Inevitably, we bring our scum from the outside in.And in the dressing room, we take off our shoes and touch the ground directly.It is inevitable for adults and children to take those scumbags to the playground.and it is very clear that some of the employees do not want to work because of their faces.I think there is a need for personnel and trained personnel.
