As a new boater, with an older boat, it's important to have an awesome local business like Lakeview Marine just down the road. Went in just before the long weekend to get my newly purchased, older motor serviced and fixed up for the season. The staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me the information and help I needed, and I was definitely in a bit of a bind. The prices are fair and the work is done quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Lakeview Marine for any of your boating needs and I want to give a special mention to Justyn for his great customer service. Thanks everyone.

Justine is great!! Super responsive and very knowledgeable. I had an engine problem, next couple of days he drove to the marina where my boat was parked and fixed the issues the same day. Definitely saving this marina as my go too.!!!

I have been boating for the better part of 40 years and have enjoyed the tranquility and fun it has always brought. As most boaters know, boating brings great joy, but putting all the pieces to the boating experience together can be rather difficult, costly and time consuming to say the least. As a long veteran of the boating experience unfortunately finding a trustworthy, reliable, informed and fair Marina for service is at a premium. I tried Lakeview this season to have my Volvo Penta outdrive serviced, after all the years ,knowing all the pitfalls other service providers I have had fall very short on. Justin and Lakeview did not disappoint!!! They were professional, trustworthy and most importantly fair with everything they did. Justin returned all my phone calls promptly and performed all the service work on time and for the agreed cost. They fixed what was needed to fix no more and no less. We all take great service for granted when we have it but in this day and age it truly is a rarity. Thanks Lakeview for a great experience, looking forward to being a customer long into future.

Had a chance to work with Justin - the service manager at Lakeview on a recurring engine problem. I was able to provide their team with a video of the fault I was experiencing - which helped them zero-in on the exact cause of the problem - which they fixed at a very reasonable cost in a few days (had to wait for a part).I'll be back up and running this weekend with my thanks for a job well done!

A big shout out to Chuck at Lakeview Marine! My husband and I stopped in to pick up our new Suzuki motor. The staff graciously allowed us to use their forklift, so we could mount the 600 lb motor ourselves in their parking lot. Chuck repeatedly offered his servi es to help us out! An outstanding employee and customer service Chuck!

Took my Yamaha into their service department. They seemed pleasant enough, but the issue started with them not taking down my phone number correctly (even after repeating it twice). Asked for an oil/filter change and change the impeller. Cost - $709! When I showed up to pick up the boat they were just closing, and their hours of operation are limited which caused the delay in picking up the boat. They hit me with the price then, saying they tried to contact me but couldn't. Wonder why. And when I called them about pickup, they never mentioned anything. Seems they replaced the whole water pump for the parts price is $200 instead of $50. Don't think I'll take my boat in to them again.Update - Called them about the billing but when I dialed their number is cut off. Tried twice and, to their credit, they called me and transferred the call to service, and I was hung up on before saying anything. This kind of puts the nail in the coffin for them with me.

This is my second positive review for Lakeview Marine. I continue to be extremely impressed with the amazing service this team provides. Justin the Service Manager and Chuck were excellent with a very minor issue I encountered with my Pontoon boat. Even though it was a small fix they were attentive to my needs, provide constant communication and rectified the situation right away. Never had to chase anyone to follow-up. Being in the service industry myself I will always recognize great service when I experience it. Justin, Chuck and the Lakeview team, Thank you as always for the amazing service. Lakeview Marine were great in getting me the boat I wanted and have kept it well maintained ever since. They store the boat over the winter and have always been very accommodating in getting it prepared and delivered to my dock when I need it each spring. When I have had questions or issues they have always responded quickly to resolve my problem. I am very pleased with Lakeview Marine and recommend them highly.
