Great place to deal with!

Disappointing customer service experience... again.This past weekend wreaked havoc on the cable scratchers of my wife's sled. In need of a new set, I checked the BRP webpage, found the proper part number and called Torque first thing this morning to ensure that they had them in stock. We have lots of them" was the reply. Took time out of my day to drive to the store only to find that they have zero in stock. What they do have is a more expensive model that they tried to substitute. They suggested that the part number I gave them had been superseded. Not according to shop.ski-doo.com it hasn't.It's difficult to write an accurate or unbiased review when you are still mad but I've been in this particular store several times this winter and each time it's been a chore to get any level of competent customer service. One fellow must be new

Great service and staff at the Woodstock location not so great at Hanwell.

If you are looking for a strong ATV, utv, excellent quality, this is the place to go. Exceptional service was very important to us. After shopping around in Fredericton, we soon realized that this is the place Woodstock Extreme Torque Motor Sports. Our salesperson was very imformative on all the details of our new Canam maverick. Warranty was good as well. Service is everything when making such a large investment.

A great option for service in the Woodstock area. Not just BRP they also have boats from Chaparral, Avalon and Alumacraft.

Was at the dealership in Fredericton. Was there 5 plus minutes , not 1 member of torque said anything.. saw us , but not a word ...Was told this by many, no service .. don't waste your time , go to the skidoo dealer in Grand falls .. they want to sell products.. disappointing

Great service all around. Convenient and even dropped off my bike and willing to pick it back up so I could have a great weekend. Got a great price on an awesome 2020 machine. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.
