Even though we didn't end up using the services of Foundation Specialist LLC, it was still a very nice experience. We called them for an estimate, and Mike came out in a timely manner and evaluated the situation and let us know that our problem was more of a grading issue, and we'd need to get someone to possibly look at our driveway or gutters.Even though he said it wasn't a job for their company, Mike was very helpful and friendly, and even was nice enough to take a look at our broken utility sink pump, and discovered the fuse was blown and told me where I could get a replacement. So, overall, I thought they were great and would recommend the experience. It was worth it.

Exceptional work. Mike Tovar did an excellent and very thorough job examining the property before writing us a quote. At no point was there any pressure to use their services or ridiculous sales pitch unlike some of the other companies we received quotes from. Communication from Mike and the entire crew was very thorough, polite, and professional. The work was done just as outlined and there was no fuss or alterations from what we were originally quoted. Very pleased with the drain system installed.

Mike Tovar came to the house right as scheduled. I showed him what I believe caused the leak in the basement, which was a downspout that was allowing water to collect and seep down the basement wall. We then went to the basement where Mike saw the damaged area. He agreed that the downspout was the culprit, and if I rectify that, and repair the basement damage, I will have no more issues. He then told me exactly what to do. No charge! I gave him gas and lunch money in appreciation. You have problems? Call Mike Tovar!

Project Manager Mike Tovar came in and after a few pertinent questions assessed our problem after we walked outside to determine where the water was coming in from. His assessment was totally different than 2 other competitors which offered an interior drainage system. He determined that water was coming in from the outside landscapingand not from the floor as his competitors did.He did not offer a drainage system quote because it would not solve our problem.I was very impressed by his candor and expertise. And if we need any basement workthat fits the Foundation Specialist service offerings Mike will be the first I call!5 Star rating for expertise and integrity.

Mike was punctual and to the point. He didn’t think the foundation was leaking and pointed out leaks in the windows. Glad I’m not shelling out 10k like the last company recommended. No high pressure sales here

I’ve been having some ongoing issues with water and mold in my basement. Mike came to look at my basement free of charge (which I was already impressed by) and instead of trying to sell me his own services right away, he gave me a list of recommendations for things to try on my own first to save money. I cannot express how much this meant to me as I’ve been stressing over how much it will cost me to take care of these issues. I truly felt like he wanted to help me fix things at the smallest cost possible, which is so different from many other businesses I have dealt with since becoming a homeowner. If I don’t end up being able to take care of everything myself, this is absolutely the place I will be giving my business to! I cannot recommend Foundation Specialist—specifically Mike—enough!

He was prompt, professional, and communicative. While onsite, he takes the time to explain his approach and review his findings in great detail. Exceeded expectations. Mike provided a timely and fair estimate as well as quick responses to follow on questions. Nate, Matt and their crew were professional, worked extremely hard, and went above and beyond to set me and my home up for success. They did a quality job covering personal belongings left in the basement, keeping their work clean, and working during their agreed upon schedule. Could not be happier with the final product; they do quality work. Extremely fortunate to work with a quality group of people during this stressful time of basement flooding. Highly recommend.
