An overall great place to receive care. From the always friendly smile you receive when you walk in from Mary, to the amazing work done by Dr. Alidina and Dr. Rich. I seriously hurt my back, to the point where I was unable to walk, and Dr. A and Dr. Rich took me in right away and were a great help on my road to recovery.

Dr. Alidina is someone who loves their job and what they do as you can see it on her face and the way that she talks to the people that she treats. Every time I go in for my appointment, you can tell Dr. A has such a good relationship with everyone that comes to see her as they are always happy coming in and leaving the office; including me!The secretary Mary is so Lovely, kind and and always has a smile on her face when you walk in.When I first came into the office, I pulled my back so badly I couldn’t even move. I wasn’t even a patient of Dr. A but she came between her patients to check on me, help me up and helped me loosen my back so I could get up. I will never forget that act of kindness. Ever since then I’ve been a regular patient of hers and my back has gotten so much better I haven’t pulled it since.Thank you for everything that you do!

I am an RMT myself and have been seeing Dr. Alidina since the beginning of my second trimester of pregnancy. I can honestly say she has made all the difference! I first saw Dr. A when I was pregnant with my first, and a total mess. She kept me moving, was incredibly encouraging and very, very knowledgeable. She combines modern medicine with a holistic approach and doesn't treat you more than you need. She's honest, and trustworthy. She's also really great with kids. I can not recommend enough Dr. Aliyyah she has been my saviour during my whole pregnancy treating my aches and pains. Also it helped me to have a smooth & fast delivery (unmedicated) she is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Mary at front desk is such a sweetheart, so polite and efficient. Dr. A made me feel great after every treatment and so comfortable & confident that I’ll be back and I’ll be taking my newborn as well. I first came to Bolton Total Rehab in search of a prenatal massage and Sandra was amazing! She made me feel relaxed, calm and I left feeling great. She recommended that I see Dr. A as well during my pregnancy to ensure my back and pelvis were aligned for giving birth. I had never seen a chiropractor prior to my pregnancy but Dr. A is very knowledgable and helped me so much! I was in a lot of pain and discomfort around 35 weeks pregnant and her adjustments made me feel like a brand new person, not exaggerating! I went from feeling so over my pregnancy to feeling like I could continue no problem! I would 100% recommend seeing Dr. A!
