Went to just get a simple XL coffee and probably only got a large. Every time I go here they under pour the coffee or don't get the order correct at all.Why am I paying for a XL when I'm not actually getting my FULL coffee?

Terrible they didn't give bread for the Chilli, they forgot to bring some of the food out after waiting 10 minutes, and they are so slow. Do not recommend this location. Then I went back the next day, I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap and they didn't put bacon in it. Do not recommend this location.

Went thru drivethru for 2 everything bagels with herbngarlic creamcheese and 2 medium icecapps. Got to our destination, grab my icecapp out of the holder and its all in the holder and all down my arm as the cup had a slice in middle of it ! Grrr.

I just left this location at 9am on a weekdayNo line up insideI asked for a dozen donuts and a french vanilla. Paid for it and was waiting to let them know what flavors I would like. All of a sudden I was thrust a box of assorted from another worker and sent on my way.I am not a confrontational personThis situation shouldn't have happened. I was not asked, it was assumed it was assorted. I was picking up for someone else and they were not happy with the choices selected.I noticed when leaving that perhaps they were worried about not having enough variety for others as someone had just bought 20 or so boxes. I still should have been asked.

Been going there for months due to working nearby. Usually have had nothing but good experiences, slow but not bad. The last couple times I’ve ordered my drink I’ve received attitude from the girl taking drive through orders on how I order it. I haven’t changed anything and everyone else figured out a double double with oat milk means 2 oat milk and 2 sugar? Wouldn’t have bothered me if she’d asked me to rephrase but was actually told “why don’t you say that then”. I did, it’s not my fault you don’t understand your company’s own jargon.

Standard Tim Hortons - full service and tables, stand alone location in parking lot of mall. Decent table space for a Tim’s. Not bad selection of donuts, bagels and muffins, plus their full food menu. Can feel a bit frazzled when it’s busy as people wait for their order and they call out the food not a number or a name so feels confused. But it’s made fresh and fairly quick.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst Tim Horton's location in Abbotsford. The staff don't even acknowledge you when you're in the drive thru, they simply throw your food/drink at you without even looking your way as they're so concerned with their line up times. I tried to use my Tim's Reward points to get a free coffee and their scanner wasn't acknowledging my account and they refused to try and solve the problem. The staff member told me 'they were just a team member' and couldn't help me fix the problem, even though it was a problem on their end. Will not be going back here.

I ordered the steak and egg bisket.... the picture shows Chipotle sauce so I didn't ask for it.. when I got my food it was dry with no sauce. I ask the lady to have Chipotle as she didn't put it on. And she tells me I didn't pay for it.... I look it up online to see and it also says Chipotle is on it. Please train your staff properly as this has happened too many times.

Stopped at this location on a road trip up north, and I was greeted by a young lady who was wearing Hijab, as it was Ramadan. I could tell she was fasting, but she had the best attitude! Smiling, energetic, and polite...Wish your staff the best of luck.Sometimes, the quality of the food is dependent on the quality of service.
