Had a wonderful experience purchasing my car from Castle Honda. My sales specialist Armiya made the whole buying and delivery process seamless and gave me updates through out. Extremely pleased with the level of detail, care, and professionalism from Armiya and the whole team over at Castle Honda. It has been a few months since my delivery, but I am just as enthusiastic and looking forward to my first service which I’m sure will be just as great!

We were looking to buy our first Honda car and so we visited Castle Honda looking for options. We were warmly welcomed by one of the sales representative Derick. Within minutes of chatting with him, Derrick was able to fully understand our requirement and spontaneously directed us to one of vehicles standing outside the showroom. It was an almost new hardly driven (5,000 Kim’s) Honda Pilot Black Edition (Top end). Derick took the time to explain us in detail the car’s features and specifications. It did not take much to convince us that Derick had the best of our interest in mind. Further, Derick also made sure that the price is within our budget and took the extra initiative to work out our monthly instalments as per our needs. Soon we find ourselves the car owners of a spectacular Honda Pilot. It was like an experience we have never had before wherein we walked in the showroom to just look around and walk out with the car of our dreams.The Sales Manager Abhi too made us feel comfortable and literally went out of his way ti give us the best overall deal.. The staff at Castle Honda not only just do their jobs but they play the part of dream catchers I would without a doubt refer Castle Honda to everyone who wish to make their car dreams come true! Fantastic customer service, Awesome salesmanship and an experience to be remembered.

Updated review!!! Took my car in somewhere for seasonal tire change over and found out CASTLE HONDA STOLE A COVER THAT COVERS THE ENGIN OIL PAN AREA. VEHICLE HAS STARTED TO RUST BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE COVER. I NEED IT BACK!!!!!!!!! I took my SUV for service. I dealt with Lukas. Found the problem, order the part and I was told I will have to leave my suv for the whole day. I asked for a rental as my suv is still under warranty. They refused to give me the rental because apparently Honda does not give rental when their brand new cars breaks down. Anyway, they replaced the part under warranty. Mechanic did an amazing job. 100% satisfied with the work. However, i am very disappointed with the customer service I received. I booked my pick up shuttle 3 hours prior to my pick up time. I had specifically emphasized on the importance of pick up time as I had family plans. No one showed! I then called the dealership, and was told my service advisor was busy and will get back to me. Got a call back after 20min and was told shuttle is not available until 3. I then arranged a ride myself and reached the dealership where I was told the paperwork is not ready although they had called me 4 hours before to tell me the car is ready for pick up. Moreover, I was told I can take the car and the paperwork will be emailed to me shortly and now it’s the end of the day and I still have nothing. I really hope they improve their customer service and value their customers time in the future.

It has been the great experience for me to meet with Rehan and Jalil for buying a new car, the whole process of reaching the dealership to picking up my vehicles hardly took me 24 hours.I had visited bunch of other same brand dealerships but the enthusiasm and dedication for work I saw here within these 2 great personalities, I have never seen anywhere.I would recommend visiting this location for any of your vehicle needs and evaluation of old vehicles.
