Worst pharmacy ever. Impossible to get ahold of. Officially 48 hours late with my medication bug can't do anything as the refuse to answer the phone or return any of my voice-mails

Terrible experience; they’re impossible to get ahold of by phone - I’ve left multiple messages and keep playing phone tag which has resulted in my medication being delayed over 1 week. Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had.

They left me one voicemail 2 weeks ago, “urgent phone us back” and they have been impossible to reach. I have phones 8 times in a row. I have left voicemails on the machine.I just want to know if my medication is covered. Really terrible.I don’t even know which Burnaby clinic it was so I’ve resorted to leaving google maps reviews.

Once I was able to communicate with them via email, it’s been great. Unfortunately, they’re hard to get a hold of over the phone, but once email contact for arranging deliveries is set up things have been smooth.
