Points East Coastal Inn

My husband and I were cycling around PEI and arrived at Points East Coastal Inn soaking wet. We were greeted by Rodger with true warmth. He helped us settle in, including bringing us a pitcher of homemade lemonade. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable and stylish. Rodger and Sarah are understandably very proud of the massive renovation project they have undertaken -- the inn is absolutely charming. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and there was a basket of treats for the trail. We heartily recommend Point East! Thanks Rodger and Sarah!

Rodger and Sarah welcomed us after we made an error with our booking date and they were very flexible to accommodate us. A beautiful spot on the water with an absolutely stunning renovated house! The room had everything we could have needed and more. Incredible attention to detail everywhere we looked. The breakfast was amazing and very generous! Great conversations and suggestions for what to do. We will definitely stay here again, and can’t recommend it highly enough!! Thank you, Rodger and Sarah!

What a beautiful Inn to spend a night...or more! What makes this Inn ideal is Sarah and Roger! That being said, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The restoration and renovations done are top notch. The Inn has welcoming public rooms for reading, games, and just taking in the views. Breakfast is yummy and plentiful with fresh fruit, juice, breads, muffins, yogurt, eggs, pancakes and it goes on. The added touch of providing muffins and individual bags of trail mix for our cycling trip was so thoughtful.The only suggestion I would make in our room is to have a larger armour for our damp stinky cycling clothes.Sarah and Roger, you really know what you are doing!!!

On a cycling trip around PEI we were lucky enough to chance upon Points East Coastal Inn. The weather was atrocious and when we arrived, Roger and Sarah went to extraordinary ends to make sure that we were warm, dry, comfortable and welcomed into their beautiful inn. The inn is absolutely beautiful. It is sparkling clean and has everything a traveler could ever need. The breakfast was over the top and expertly prepared. We give Points East and Roger and Sarah our highest praise and recommendation. You should stay there!

Superb B&B; high-end resort quality.Gorgeous heritage home has been recently (since 2020) renovated to improve room quality and upgrade to modern living standards while maintaining the architectural style and feel. Rooms are very well appointed and there is a lot of attention to detail. Ex: Small night light in the bathroom so there's no bumping in the night, high amp USB outlets right on the nightstand, quality toilets with a grab bar beside, maple syrup from a family farm, thurough welcome guide with local recommendations, lovely pottery coffee mugs, etc.The common area is large and includes several rooms as well as the dining room. Outside seating both on the patio and around the propane fire pit have a wonderful view of the bay, the sunset, and the stars at night.Service was top notch; attentive, but not cloistering, and very good at predicting & preempting needs of the guest. Both hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was excellent, with both great options and good portions.They are very experienced with cyclists, and a new secure bike shed with charging stations and a workbench is going in for June 2023 :)Strongly recommend if you are in the area. It's a great central location to explore many points on the east side of the island, and the Trans Canada Trail is right outside the front door.If I'm in PEI again, I'll be back!

2 couples w bikes, 2 nights mid-August first time visit to area. Hosts Rodger and Sarah attention to detail and level of service top notch. Reno of 1870s classic property well done especially en suites. 3 course breakfasts gourmet quality and hello" crow lovely touch to front porch breakfast. location to bike trail

This little inn is truly luxurious. The rooms, beds and bathroom were lovely, breakfast from a creative and original menu. Roger and sarah are amazing hosts, Each of them went way out of their way to accommodate our every wish. Library, den with fireplace, second floor alcove with armchairs overlooking the bay and village so you never miss what’s up!Cyclists and walkers welcomed.

My parents and i were in the area for a wedding and spent 3 nights at this wonderful inn. We took 2 rooms which were clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts offered were all delicious. Fresh fruit cup and muffins offered every morning as well as several options from eggs, pancakes and waffles.We tried something different every day. The hosts, Roger and Sarah were extremely friendly and gracious hosts. On the day of the wedding i ran out of shaving cream and Roger saved me a trip to an out of town store by offering me his lol. Wonderful people and will recommend this gem to all my friends and family.

Sarah and Rodger are fantastic hosts. The level of effort they have put into restoring the charm of their B&B is incredible. The breakfasts are homemade and are so tasty. I will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
