Everytime I have walked in to get my nails done has been a great experience. The ladies know what they are talking about and they treat you and your nails with the utmost respect. Took my mum the other day and she was just sooooo happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend.

I'm a regular at Anna's. I've been there every few weeks for years now.

I've been coming here for a few years on and off. They are definitely the best place to go for mani and pedis in kitchener.The pedis are done so well and come along with a extra Long foot massage. They take the extra time to get out your ingrowns and for me that's huge. Made the mistake of going somewhere eles with my Mum and Nanny as it was closer to their home and was back to Anna's nails within a week after attempting to pull out my own ingrown and making a mess. The lady that did my feet and nails was absolutely amazing as always wish I knew her name for this.I'm rough on my nails with work and cleaning and such and I think I was a bit to rough to soon as my shellac polish peeled, when I called to get it fixed Anna the owner was amazing she fixed me up no charge and told me to come back as much as needed.A+++ in customer service in my books.

I never write reviews, but I had to this time, since I had the worst experience ever! I'll stay away! The pedicure was so so, but the quality of nail polish was poor and my big toe got infected for few day. The dip powder was good, except the cut on my thumb trying to take out the gel and a finger got infected for 2 weeks. I went back after a month to take off my dip powder and she ruined my nails. I said that I don't need color, but she didn't bother to put anything, not even a treatment or something. I don't want to give names, but I do not recommend this place to anybody. And BTW it wasn't cheap at all.

I had been to Anna’s a few times in the past and was always impressed by the friendly service and quality of the pedicures. I recently decided to go on a regular basis. Anna is super efficient and detailed. She takes such pride in her work and she can multi task and answer the phone and book appointments at the same time! A very kind lady with lovely assistants. I will keep coming back!

This is by far the best salon I’ve been to in my life. Hands down the best one in Kitchener/Waterloo so far. I went today with my mother and they were nothing but kind and attentive. They stayed after hours making sure everything was to my liking and even made sure I was comfortable at all times. If you’re looking for an amazing place to go and relax, then this is the place for you.Don’t even get me started on how amazing the prices are for everything, they are amazing at what they do that’s for sure.Thank you so much for making my time so pleasant and I will always be going to you guys from here on out.

Always fantastic here! The ladies are super nice and great at doing nails, hands and feet. The best and longest leg message from any place I have ever been. It was my first experience with an ombre dip nails and I love the look!
